    Love pimento cheese an Vivian but hold the sausage. I've got plenty. Lol

    Made this - was really good, even added the fish sauce which I’m not a fan of - I added a little too much pecan wood for smoke, kids complained - but still ate it
    this is actually really good before cooking- might try this recipe minus the Kamado Joe part some day 👍
