Honestly the thing seems so perfect, even if battery life became a problem I would just swap the battery. Not enough dedicated claw shapes on the market it’s all fingertip
@@GoochMuncher6969 Ya sadly not that many companies that I know off make dedicated claw shapes and the shape is honestly my favorite out of all the shapes, best part about the mouse is that it’s a budget mouse pretty much
@@4zenontop do you have the dongle? It’s what you plug the usb c into so that the scyrox can connect to its firmware then you go to the scyrox website and download the firmware download but it’ll work without the firmware download of course but it’s just for changing things up on the mouse
@ just to make sure you are using the scyrox v8 dongle right? so the usb c should of course be plugged into the back of your pc which then you’ll plug the dongle in and turn on the mouse and should work if not I would plug in another mouse and go to scyrox website and download all the firmware
thats weird asf because lamzu dropped a new mouse (maya x) collabed with fnatic which is going for like $120. idk why they would make a mouse thats cheaper and slightly better than the sora v2 and the maya.
just got my scyrox v8 today and installed the default skates but it feels super scratchy and unstable, im not sure if i've installed them wrong but at the moment I'm pretty upset. Do you reccomend different skates?
@@lucacolussi5401 I currently use the vanta shifts from Midori and use the obsidian pro air dots from xraypad those two sets have been my main for a while if the default skates don’t feel good
Kind've hard because both mouses are really overall good but I personally think they're even I think people can go both ways but the scyrox also comes with a 8k dongle while the sora v2 doesn't for now.

@@kronos2550 So for the fingerprints some did appear but I had to rub pretty hard plus it's pretty warm so maybe they don't really show when you're using it when it's not super warm out but overall I'm not gonna notice due to my grip tape, and for the 8k yes I plugged mine in and it allowed me to use 8k and it also always me to use 8k while wireless but I prefer just using 4k, ask any other questions you got.
@@Jiney_M what sort of grips do u recommend? i have sweaty hands so id like something thats durable and also wondering if you could lmk which grips fit on the scyrox do one's shaped to the sora fit on it?
@@kronos2550 so currently I’m using cicada wings ultra-thin mouse grip on my finalmouse and my scyrox and they feel really good for me they don’t get sweaty at all for but if possible pulsar has good grip tap but they only do there own mouse’s I’m pretty sure
@@dakebakeuly5193 so the side buttons are definitely op1 style but they’re just a little farther out but what I meant by the main click movement was just they move side to side a bit
I think OP misread your question. But anyways i have both. Op1 has very flat sides, which im personally not a fan of, just not comfortable. on the Scyrox v8 they tamper in towards the bottom, so wider on top then sloping inward if that makes sense. It makes the Scyrox way more comfortable to me. I dont have the sora to compare.

@ I have the usb c plugged into the dongle and the dongle is plugged into my pc. I can right click and click but not move my mouse cursor.

Iirc they use the same factory as the sora v2, but the designer is the one who made the lamzu thorn, and they are owned by the same owner as lamzu.
