I had a Subdural hematoma, lived most don’t 80%, last Feb. It’s been a brutal year with another brain surgery on March21st. These guys have kept me alive. I get so happy when I know there’s a new podcast. I watch them over and over. Always a blessing and always a laugh. I don’t think I’d be here if it wasn’t for this podcast. Thank you, Gentlemen. I definitely enjoy the podcast. Always laughing…always fun.
All my neighbors kept their bottles for me. I had a green wagon that I pulled around collecting. I sold them to the local Winn Dixie. I then promptly spent the money on ice cream and candy. Oh, to go back in time.
Thank you. Just thank you. My heart and mind have been in such a dark place for almost a year, but I keep tuning in because this is when I smile and laugh.
It's so true '70s and '80s is for my childhood and I'm surprised I survived it you came back home when the lights came on at night there was no question where were you all day, you are allowed to have fun those days, but you always respect your elder and your mother and father
This is the best show on UA-cam. Hands down. Uncle Si really spoke to me in this episode. Like he was talking right to me. The Holy Spirit was working through him. Goosebumps. God bless you all for creating this series.
Thank you for this one. Haha. I’m still laughing at the dumb stuff we did and can still picture in my head a lawn dart sticking out of my buddies shin. Hahaha 🤣 and he threw it. Hahahahahaha.
Love listening! This shows other you can have fun and still live for the lord! Love seeing y’all be real and not have to follow a script like on duck dynasty!!! Keep up the work 💯
Excellent podcast guys! Fun to hear the stories of way back. I appreciate all of you sharing your family and lives with us. Thank y’all so much . You guys are a blessing and encouragement to us all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The holy spirit came to visit me during the tail end of this podcast. Appreciate what y'all do. God is definitely using you to bring others. Thanks for showing people your light.
If it was just a visit then it wasn't the holy spirit. The Holy Spirit is with all who have accepted Christ and are truly born again. He doesn't come and go. He is with us always. Maybe I don't understand what your comment means.
Man, when I take the recycling to the public bins I get a kick out of throwing the glass in the bin and hearing them break. I thought I was just being childish, but all these guys say it is just a good feeling.
I was raised right behind a pentecostal church. Well one Sunday when we should've been in church me and a buddy of mine were sitting around bored. We decided to steal his mom's bag of potatoes and go stuff some tailpipes at the church. It was quite a show when church was over. The only problem was that we gave ourselves away from rolling on the ground laughing
Si was in the military for over 24 years and also served in Vietnam... might have been a joke but I think it's very disrespectful to say all you just drove a deuce and a half.. thank you Si and the rest of people who served for your service..
The way it used to be. We were born to mothers who smoked and drank Our cribs were covered in lead based paint No child proof lids no seat belts in cars Rode bikes with no helmets and still here we are, still here we are We got daddy's belt when we misbehaved Had three TV channels you got up to change No video games and no satellite All we had were friends and they were outside, playin' outside [Chorus] It was a different life When we were boys and girls Not just a different time It was a different world School always started the same every day The pledge of allegiance then someone would pray Not every kid made the team when they tried We got disappointed and that was all right, we turned out all right [Chorus] Bridge No bottled water, we drank from a garden hose And every Sunday, all the stores were closed [Chorus] [Chorus] It was a different world You
I agree, you realize that you would like cat eyes or similar in nightblack outdoor weather conditions.. Your stories are too funny😄. thumbs up to todays tabletalk Duck Call Room👍
My grandpa was like a supply runner in Vietnam.. almost got killed several times.. they would blow up the bridges they where running, landmines everywhere.. shot at with everything in Vietnam.. so respect where respects due..
That's what I've been saying for years, the pain will go away when it stops hurt. When I was 18 me and a friend was out jumping 3wheeler and I hit a jump wrong and it landed on top of me the gas tank had a perfect impression of my head. I'm 51 and I don't know how I'm alive and that was the last straw for my parents they sold it the next day because of all the stupid stuff I did. I have a lot of stories but I have seen a few of my friends die right in front of me from the stupid things we did
Me and Uncle Si have something in common. You have to watch for shotgun shells rolling out of my pickup when you open the doors. A man can't own too many socks or shotgun shells. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Lol
Hey JD bet u ain't stick nothin in a socket after that day lol ur funny dude. I stuck a penny in one once. And also I got shocked by a soda pop machine once as a kid to and still can't figure out how that one happened like it did.( Plastic cigar tip on finger in the dollar bill collection spot)!
If u fish alot especially new lakes u gonna knock a lower unit off unless yiur super careful and even then theres a chance u will especially in a swamp its just a matter of time
The legal voting age is 18. The legal drinking age is 21. Which means it takes 3 more years maturity to pick a good beer than it does to pick a politician.
I shot my grandfather's glass windows out in a shed he had on the side of the house with my BB gun. Hearing the first glass crack you want to hear more. I still love the sound. And I'm 42 years old.
Well as a woman you learn to bring all you will need to survive with a supposed experienced boater man. Bring a couple extra fried chicken legs, plenty of water and just saying extra feminine products. The guys don't always know what they are doing or where he's going. Going fishing, yeah right. We know and it's a No!
I am happy God blessed us with Uncle Si! Thank you Lord. This world would not be the same...
Amen to that
Amen, Sistah. IMO Uncle Si is a national treasure. I love him and so does God.

Uncle Si nailed it. Gospel preached.
Thank you. Just thank you. My heart and mind have been in such a dark place for almost a year, but I keep tuning in because this is when I smile and laugh.
I watch the podcast while I work out at home. It has become my evening tradition lol
Interesting motivation for working out….
Haha, yeah. Better than most though
My mom's famous line when we got hurt was "what'd you do that for?" 🤣so irritating when you're standing there busted🤣

As kids, we've all done some stupid things, but we live and learn. Another good episode, boys...y'all never disappoint...keep 'em coming!😎

We need si on the immortality drive
Si was in the military for over 24 years and also served in Vietnam... might have been a joke but I think it's very disrespectful to say all you just drove a deuce and a half.. thank you Si and the rest of people who served for your service..
Si is my favorite uncle by far..
The way it used to be.

When we were boys and girls
Not just a different time
It was a different world
School always started the same every day
The pledge of allegiance then someone would pray
Not every kid made the team when they tried
We got disappointed and that was all right, we turned out all right
[Chorus]

My oldest brother was the most stupid person I ever met so I learned quick and a lot by watching the stupid stuff he did.
I think the military age should be changed from 18 to 21. A teenager needs those 3 years to mature and follow rules.
I shot my grandfather's glass windows out in a shed he had on the side of the house with my BB gun. Hearing the first glass crack you want to hear more. I still love the sound. And I'm 42 years old.
