Nope the same build still works, although if u don't mind losing a bit of cooldown reduction u can replace ionion boots with sorcerers for a bit more oomph
Compared to his standard build there's about a 300-400 AP difference, in exchange u gain: - 10% base movement speed + 100 flat movement speed with cosmic procs. - 100 ability haste (50% cooldown) - and 150 armor + Magic resistance(around 60% dmg reduction) Honestly though I already made a new build that gives him more of his AP back while also keeping his defense and utility at a toxic level 😅 I can showcase it in another video
