They have changed styles over the years from East Bay Hardcore Punk in their beginning to a post hardcore punk /goth rockish ..to now a soft rock melancholy mixed edm ish crap they lost me after the 2010s lol But this was their style from around 2000-2010 and I loved it! Even Ren has covered a song by them "morning star" he said in an interview but i cant find any video for it ive looked. If you havent heard AFI yet ill add that to my requests for you!
