I’ve heard multiple people say that a 140 will fit without rubbing.. but that does depend on the manufacturing year some swing arms are a little wider than others. I would personally go for 130 to be sure you won’t be rubbing. You could shave the swing arm a bit but that will weaken it, not ideal. So would recommend a 130 it looks pretty good it will clear and there are enough tire options and that’s important aswell. Good luck!
hey mate, thanks for the video, after riding it, did you find any problems? we often find problems after riding it after a bit. Please let me know if you can as I want to do the same, I hate the far posion, it's really hard on the shoulders/wrists. Thanks.
Ey man thanks for watching. Didn’t find any real issues. The only thing I would advice you to check is all the clearances so your controls can move easily. Also make sure you have enough leverage on the brake side. The way this is set up works fine but you do need to push quite hard to get the brake to lock up. Good luck dm me on instagram if have any question or need some help!
Thanks mate, I'm on the final stages of registering my bike, after that I'll look at refining it, ok I'll add you on Instagram, do you still own your bike?
@lucasazeredo1 have fun and be safe! I actually build this bike for my uncle so I never owned it but it’s still in the family so I do get to see every once in a while. It actually has a 920 engine in it now!

@@LeftlaneOdyssey thanks for the info. Its an 82 virago
Yeah a 130 would probably be best. Check out this link www.viragohelp.com/virago-wheels-and-tires/ it talks about tires sizes on the xv 750’s
