    RISC-V is an open-source computer processor design. In other words, it's a blueprint for how a computer processor, or 'chip,' should be designed and built. What makes RISC-V unique is that it uses a RISC architecture. This means the processor has a simpler and more efficient set of instructions, compared to the complex instruction sets used by most other processors.
