I’m glad to see their normal food service is back. It looks like good food. My only experience with Turkish Airlines was during Covid, and they had stopped all hot meals. I had two very long flights with them in a row, and had five meals of little cold sandwiches, which I got tired of pretty quickly. Otherwise their service was good, so hopefully sometime I can try them again now that things are mostly back to normal.
Wow! You got food for flight less than three hours! That’s great service for an economy class. That’s incredible. Air Canada gives you nothing for a five hour flight. We only got water.

I will be traveling alone from Slovenia to Costa Rica with a transfer of 1h30 in Istanbul and your videos have been very helpful to understand how to do the walk to international transfers!! It will be my first time in that airport, however, due to the short time I have I will probably not enjoy it 🤣

A lovely trip report, the first one I've seen this year. The meals really stood out to me considering the duration of the flight, they just looked great.. Emergency exit seats were unexpected. I know the right answer to the barf bag situation and it's not 1 I'm sure. Enjoyed watching the trip report, have a good rest of your day.
Great video, as always, interesting to hear Maro saying you have to read the safety card if sitting near the exit seat, is it a legal obligation that you have to read it?

We have experienced that too on the Istanbul - Kuala Lumpur Route. On the other hand the Istanbul - Cape Town Route was great operated by a newer Airbus A350 :-D
@@TravellerYT we did Istanbul to Dubai and booked business class seats and litrally only one leg had proper lay flat beds so we were really annoyed. One of the legs meant to have a lay flat bed but my chair didn't work, we were very disappointed and to be fair a bit put off using them now. We did dublin-istanbul then Istanbul to Dubai and back. Hope this makes sense 👍

Most airlines serve no food and just water now in Europe. Food looks fantastic.
We were impressed by the onboard hospitality provided for this short flight. Other airlines should learn what they used to know ;-)

Arguably the best airline trip you guys have experienced. Although, I would also add your Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways trip as well.

How much did you pay to fly Turkish airlines?
We cannot remember as the price changes all the time, however it was the cheapest choice of the airlines we wanted to fly with on this route😉
