I guess you could look and see if the web shop offered any payment method other than a credit card but I really don't know how you would do that other than maybe running a VPN or something but that could possibly cause you issues as well if it's illegal to buy stuff out of the country so you would have to do some research on that first and make sure you won't get in trouble but I guess that would be an option
