Matchmaking is definitely not perfect but I don't think it really takes players killing the consideration it's just trying to throw people into a game as quick as possible sometimes and that gets a little messy, personally I'd rather wait a little while and get into better matches but hey whatever you know it's not always perfect but it would be nice if it was

Though I meant it's more about whether you're win percentage is on the upswing Vs downswing as to whether you're likely to be matched onto the team most likely to win. The matchmaking on the face of it compares like with like from blue to red team generally. If you look at the two master players on opposite teams, there is often a difference in modules or no. of games played that can be a deciding factor.

here is another one. save a beacon runner for when the enemies have their titans out, you can clean beacons while the enemy bumbles around slowly. good vid Danny.
What's up my man, sometimes that works great other times they have quantum radar on the Titans or three Titans show up to your beacon and just a butter at you so when there's that many strong Titans on the map I don't think anything can save you other than more strong Titans LOL I don't know but yes sometimes if you play it right a beacon runner at the end is a really good strategy
#6. Using an evasive medium/heavy size bot to move up and fire their volley but then retreat and draw fire behind your allied glass cannon bot or stealth bot. For example, a player shoots his clip with a Minos but then dashes behind your Ao Ming moving away from his former forward position while aggroing enemy fire into the Ming.
I think I get what you're saying, the hard to kill robot should be up front taking the damage while the heavy heading squishier box should be right behind them helping them clear off the playing field, there's always a little bit of a strategy for everything one thing I noticed is a lot of people are just terrified to lose a robot I mean sometimes you got to do it you know
Going Rambo can be VERY useful with tank bots, if 1 bot can tie up 2 or more of the red teams attention at 1 beacon for awhile it can afford the rest of the your team a much easier time of establishing beacon control but always think before you commit to it
See players move over beacons and not actually turn them a little too often. Or just standing next to one. Starting a new game and all players go for the same beacon is always a bad sign. Thanks again for all the advise man
Normally if I'm going to a beacon that's not the important one and I see somebody else heading for it I'll just turn and move elsewhere, at least most of the time
Really good and practical advice. #5 about dropping titans is a big one. I am seeing this a lot now and with titan pilots, this is more and more deciding games.
The Titan pilots thing is one of the biggest reasons my clan loses we've been kind of working on this but I don't think we've really got the hang of it yet I think somebody just needs to say it time to drop Titans and everybody needs to kill off the bot that they're running and just drop the Titan, that's what the other clans do so we're going to have to practice this a little more but I can't tell you how many times we were just that close to winning and then they dropped all their Titans and just killed us all off with it but one or two Titans and the rest regular box cannot take on six Titans that run together in formation, it's almost impossible
@Danny-Lightning-WR I hear you. I've always been anti titan and it's been a badge of honor, of sorts, to not run it if I can get away with it. But now I can't get wins and I am trying to adjust my thinking.
Yep, as saboteur and beacon holder my job is to lockdown enemy or emp them. Becoz when I see Loki walking around, nobody pay attention to it so I must follow it. So it can't take our beacon
Funnily I do play like the Rambo with fenrir and often it causes our team to win instantly. Lol. Probably because I am a new player in the lower leagues. And I see now that I don't make pretty much other mistakes that probably helps a lot.
If you're in the lower leagues and you have really strong stuff you can definitely do that when you get up in champion League there are times when it's okay to take something like a maxed out fenrir into the enemy's home beacon and if it takes them a minute to kill you and there's four of them focused on you that's like a whole minute where your team can try to take advantage of that and get more big and so if you can keep it alive long enough to be a distraction that's great but you can't always do that especially if the team you're fighting is crazy strong, they can even wipe out the strongest spots quickly there's a time in the place for everything but normally there are a few exceptions Let's just say you're down there in silver league and you buy one of those Mark two deals yeah you're going to beat up all the people who have the level 6 robots LOL

Hey glad you like the video camera it's hard to get people to watch these type of videos normally when I make them they get like 200 views so people actually paid attention to this one which was good I don't know maybe you have to have a thumbnail that makes to go I need to look at this LOL maybe that's the key to getting views on this type of video but generally people don't like the tutorial type things and I don't know why because they need it LOL we all need it, there's always something new to learn in this game you know
Great point. Some battles are like you said "solid" and a loss don't hurt so bad. On the other hand... sometimes the whole team just gets BTFU and its over in 5 min. No disrespect to our Russian friends, But Danny you are a little more easy to understand. Great vid.
Really good video. I could use more like this. I've been playing Domination, solo, for years but just recently joined a top tier clan and we always play BR and I'm trying to learn the tactics. More tactical advice and map advice would be great. Thanks

I do rambo sometimes, with a rando group, just to tie the other team up in defending their respawn point while my team (if they understand why I'm doing this) will capture and hold beacons, but most rando teams don't even bother with the beacons at all.
Mistake team that always see 1.Had 5 robot but only use 3 2.Trying to get kill low enemy but he didn't realize he chase enemy to enemy territory 3.ingore beacon only focus kill 4.most I see drop on top object enemy can ez target 5 support robot only support self
I think everybody makes a lot of mistakes I mean I know I make a lot of mistakes but it's just kind of good to be aware of what to do what not to do and realize oh crap I messed up when you do make one you know I think that type of thing makes a better player overall but we all mess up sometimes I have a bad habit of not remembering to reload my ammo LOL I've been a lot better at it but sometimes I still forget and then I go to shoot somebody and there's like one bullet left LOL
Great, next level video! I admit, I do 2 of the bad things. Rambo being my worst challenge to correct. But, dude everyone is just so stupid, so I better go get it myself.
I used to have a bad case of the Rambo myself until somebody pointed out that I was doing and I want you know what you're right I shouldn't be doing that and then I worked on it so I don't know you just got to realize things you're doing wrong and try not to do them anymore I guess, that's what works for me I mean I'm not the world's greatest war about player but I'm pretty decent at the game can I even if I make mistakes at least I realize when I make them or have a good understanding of where I want wrong when I do things wrong but you know when you're making split second decisions sometimes you mess up but I just try to work on that stuff and improve that stuff and what not
RAMBO!! Stallone made 5 of these movies for a reason. I always set my hangar to have 3 Rambo bots and 3 hide and seek bots (which includes my Titan.) Nothing more satisfying than brawling 5 bots and taking 3 of them out before I go. See you on the battlefield...signed Pilot Mr. Roboto.

Grabbing the center beacon could actually be really effective, the allies usually come after and when you're facing the enemies (like 1 or 2 people) trying to take the center beacon, you can just switch robot to like a fenrir or whatever and spawn there. I rarely see a whole team going for the center, but it's indeed risky to go for the center by yourself. Anyways I love your videos danny 👍
On most maps the center ends up being the most important but on some it's not for example when you go over to the room the one in the city is the important one you want to hold your home the city and then the coliseum and that one over there that's way open with nothing around it except for that one building everybody can shoot the crap out of you when you're on that one so that one's kind of like the least important so I don't know every map is a little bit different most of them sensors the one you want but not all of them I should make a video on which beacons are the most important on each map
Grabbing the nearest home beacons will always happen in random teams cos of the bonuses, mentioned - gold if on winning team, boosting armadillo drone, mothership, etc. less likely in a squad, but it still happens.
That is true but if the enemy takes control of the most important beacon at the start of the game you're at a huge disadvantage normally so I don't know what's more important getting a little one big and bonus or winning the game you know what I mean
@@Danny-Lightning-WR I see what you're saying but not getting the centre beacon immediately does not rule out winning the game when we're talking about randoms. Totally agree when it's full squad matches though.
These are the main things I see people doing constantly, especially when I'm playing with random players, I don't know how many times we lose a game because three people go to a back beacon somewhere and they just sat there for the entire game and camp on a beacon game and that leaves three people versus six people trying to get beacons you know what I mean some people are so terrified of losing a bot they just go hide somewhere and it's like man why even bother to play if you're going to do that go play team deathmatch LOL
Normally when I make a video similar to this it gets like 60 views, it seems like people don't normally like these types of videos but this one's getting views so if this keeps up maybe I'll try and think I'm more similar thing is to do every once in awhile
If you wanna go Rambo, use a mars speed build with a DOT and lockdown setup, I recommend Deceiver, Skadi, and either a blast charge weapon or the razdor
If you mainly play ffa then the microchip thing will get you into beacon rush trying to grab as many beacons as possible without caring about the win and not being constructive (for random teams)
Anyways, none of these tactics matter. In the current Meta, the only thing that matters is whether you have a rook or not. And how many your team has as opposed to the other team
One big mistake not mentioned in the video is not pay attention to the weapon reloads. Many times, I came out of cover and wants to destroy the robots in front of me. Then I realized oh shxx, I only have the last one bullet left and then it will take 10 seconds to reload. lol
Situational awareness is everything, if winning is a priority. Thing is, stats, and basic blood lust can be higher on the list in random land. But every once in a while you find like minded random players that are out to help each other out and win. I actually enjoy it when I can sacrifice a bot, using diversionary tactics and the rest of the randoms pick up on this and take back beacons. If I see a teammate in need and it makes tactical sense to help them out, I definitely will. And that is a great feeling. WHen a rando comes to your aid. The game is what it is, people play it for a myriad of reasons. Blood lust brawling for dmg is understandable if you just had a ridiculous day LOL. What I also enjoy is scoring less dmg, but coming out higher in the game stats for honour points, while also being ranked lower. LOL. "See ?? .... Beacons MATTER, repairing your teammates, MATTER !" LOL All in all though, after 30k+ wins, I have to say I enjoy the game much more, when I don't let stats get to me. That whole -88 thing for coming in last on the losing team is such a transparent pixo mind game obviously MEANT to frustrate you into $pending ..... I refuse to chase the dragon after what they did to drones recently. I'm happy in MASTERS, the gameplay is still very good. YMMV. Have fun out there.
hi danny pixo should put a little chatbox on the side of the screen for playing with random people so you can type in a messege real quick to that random teammate that your playing with or to your random players so they can see what u have messeged to them. nothing major tho, just like i said a little chat comms would probably help some for communications when ur out there playing with randoms. what do you think danny?
That would pretty much just be a whole bunch of people cussing at each other and calling each other names and saying horrible things to each other I mean I don't know if you've ever been over to one of the really big plans to play with those guys but a lot of them are just mean and they're nasty if one person makes a little teeny mistake they're just jumping all over each other I mean and those are people who know each other and play together daily but yeah it would be a bad thing to have a chat and game I I believe now a little thing that pops up that says hey we need beacons or something like that that you can press might be nice but I don't think chat type of deal would be a good idea LOL
Even if I leave the beacon. I don't technically have a tank other than my Fenrir. If I do drop him in to defend.the rest of my team are just sitting at the back camping with the reapers crisis or just not helping. I like to capture beacons but also avoid running into meta robots
3 & 4 is why I play TDM. Nobody get beacons, it’s all damage and or kill count. 5, one maxed rook, with the right weapons, against lower leagues will win almost every time and you know it. Put 2 or 3 rooks and it’s a slaughter. I’ve played for 6+ years, been in a few S ranked clans but I’ve quit spending money so I don’t got the meta hangers anymore but I still play for fun.
Solid advice if this game had any semblance of balance… I just saw my team who was up by 7 completely steamrolled by a single rook… we were for sure the better team with teamwork, communication and ethical fair game play (no douchebag scorpion players)… we lost… great game been playing for around 4 years …sadly I’ve been leaving more games than playing due to hacking and ridiculously overpowered weapons
Another mistake is when a Beacon Rush/Domination game begins, I'm 2 seconds or less away from reaching a Beacon but a player sprints from behind and beats me to it. That play wastes both of our time. The other player could've helped another teammate or taken a position in the game and made better use of his robot rather than chase me down for a beacon. If I'm using a Skyros, on the Carrier map for example, I leave the beacon in front of our spawning area to my teammates and I try to capture the middle and /or the side beacon.
The goal is to capture the beacons before the enemy does so if a player getting there first bothers you I know that kind of sucks but if that allowed you to capture the beacon just a little bit faster it probably ends up being beneficial to your team as long as your team can hold on to it so I can understand what you're saying but sometimes you got to look at the big picture and say was that beneficial to my team even though it wasn't beneficial to me,
Tbh in the last match your team was fighting 4 rooks (possibly more) so that's the main reason you guys lost. But still Titan Coordination is important. Spawn in with you titan as soon more than 2 hit the battlefield
We were all in regular robots and they were all in Titan so if we would have all dropped our Titans in when that was happening we might have stood a chance I mean yeah all rooks is going to be harder to deal with but let's just say we had a guy drop a note-ins a guy dropping aether a couple guys drop rooks if we played well we could about played all those rooks, the note is there to help heal everybody up and I don't know well balanced team can do very well when they work together
Thanks Danny...honestly, I'm the Rambo type and do exactly what you described...I play TDM 99%...my experience in champion league with beacon rush hasn't been good. By the way, anyone else on android experiencing failed to load hangar?..hasn't worked for a week now..
Hey bud if you're having problems where you can't get into your hanger I would suggest uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game it sounds like you're having some weird type of problem, as long as you have Google play or iOS or whatever saving your progress shortly after you reinstall it should ask you if you want to load your old account back up, I switch accounts and uninstall I'm reinstall games constantly for different phones and the emulators and this and that and the other thing I've never ran into a problem yet but it's always good to write down the player ID just in case something weird happens you need to get game support to restore your game but on war robots I don't know if that's really a issue on the other game I play at canby anyways I'm rambling on but if you want before you do that you can try to clear the game cashe, that rarely but sometimes works and if that doesn't work trying to uninstall and reinstall and if that doesn't work you might need to contact game support
@@Danny-Lightning-WR Thanks brother...I've tried reinstall, clear data and cache, on other devices, but no success...emailing pixonic, but not receiving any solutions. If I didn't invest so much $$$, wouldn't matter. If it's not failed to load hangar, I get a message unexpected garage failure. Probably a bug..not sure...even contacted my isp and checked for issues... Interesting tho, I tried loading on a different android and same issue. 🤯
Grab and go of beacons happens for many reasons, trying to bump up your mothership or armadillo drone, increase of gold when on a winning side, under powered hangar due to matchmaking, so grab beacons.
Yeah the grab-and-go thing is a terrible tactic, I've seen games or both teams had like 60 70 beacons not kidding, I remember a game recently where one player had over 40 beacons on one team the other player had like 37 on the other team I mean come on that's just bad beacon control right there
Stand by our man , don't back down even they are much stronger . You'll get less lose or even more win in the game . Only tankers or cheaters or wrong . Be you and have fun !!! for f2p's :)
I agree and I been losing a lot of games since I play solo. 😢 My main hanger is strong but mistake 3-4 I see people do a lot. It's sucks because no one knows how to play any of the beacon matches. If they have camper setups. Go play TDM or FFA.
If you're good at free for all I mean you can earn big damage Big silver big everything there, it's a great game mode. I also like domination as it's a little bit easier I guess so if I'm playing solo I normally pick domination these days or free for all
Once you hit a specific rank the workshop will unlock and I think when you first get it it's only got like one or two build slots available but after you build a few things another slot will open up then another slot will open up then eventually you have six slots available for building something, I think it's like rank 25 or 30 when it unlocks if I remember correctly
As a solo player when i go against a full 5-6 stacked squad i auto kmow its a gg there been like a rare handful of times us randos vs squads win 😅 alot the mistakes mentioned are legit so many time iv finished game look at the end result team mates with no beacons captured costs team at the very least compete and put pressure on them for your team
Sometimes randoms win, it's definitely not as often but it does happen somewhat often I would say but yeah it's never fun going up against the full squad when you're playing randoms
If randoms had a better understanding of game tactics it would probably work out a lot better. I think some of the people just don't really play with others often or never been part of the squad that actually knows how the play so they're just kind of out there doing their thing and don't realize they should be doing something differently
Reason why we ran to the nearest beacon is u get to charge up ur ship a bit faster..and if matchmaking is even then we may be holding a beacon,dealing with mk3 is useless ..sometimes running away just to live a little bit longer..and who knows..maybe we are paired with a kid,can't blame them if they hide😂..playing with a clan is somehow the only way u don't get frustrated..anyways..if u lose..just battle again ..gud tip Dan for the newbies..
Getting a couple of quick bonuses on your drone or charging your mothership a little bit faster as nice but if the enemy takes control of the first three beacons and they're very good at protecting their Dickens you may not be able to take control of the map so that's a loss right there your team needs to get the first three beacons first and then hold those three beacons in order to win that doesn't always guarantee a win but if you're playing with a good team it usually does unless the thing like I show you last happens lol
I typed in the word stop to look for some interesting graphics and first thing I saw was that girl I'm like huh that's an interesting looking photo that shows some emotion and kind of plays the role so I put up there and I'm like wait wait now it looks off balance so then I found that photo of the guy and then I tried to put a third person on the other side but then I realized you know it that's throwing things off I'll just put myself there LOL
I hate when the team leave the beacon undefended so I have no choice to defend the beacon causing to lose the games making me mad last time the luchador think he can beat all the enemy he jump all the way to enemy
I would say share this with everybody you know and maybe they'll get the idea kind of the more people who see this the better the players will become I mean these are all a few basic things but these are the main things that cause people to lose games I would say, if everybody did these things right then it comes down to pure skill of the team I would say
If I stay on the beacon usually I die as fast as If I would walk of it and let the enemy's geti it cuz I don't have mk 3 stuff, and playing vs enemy's who have newest mk 3 stuff is hard becouse they kill you in seconds
I die on beacons constantly sometimes you have to sacrifice a couple robots to hold or get the big ones sometimes I have three or four bots die in the first three or four minutes of the game trying to get that most important beacon but then once we get control of it you play the last couple bots properly and if your team does everything they're supposed to do then you can still win so a lot of people are scared to death to lose a robot and will you got to guard those beacons with your robot slide even if it means losing one here and there
My biggest pet peeves is how players dont stand inside the circle (regardless of color) they seem to think they won't be famaged if they step outside the circle. Meanwhile, tue enemy is smart enough to stand on tue circle and either retains or captures tue beacon 🤦
I can't tell you how many times I've watched the guy standing right next to a white beacon or they just walk right past it and keep going because they're focused on trying to get a kill and then you lose the game because the idiots didn't take the beacons
Also notice mistake no 2, the subconscious usually prefers kills to beacons, although hard to do not impossible. I'd say players should try to balance both
I think most players are like this. But, the reason is because Dixonic awards more points for damage...even on beacon games. It's stupid. I get 17 beacons and 3 kills, but the first place finisher had 7 kills and 2 beacons. If it's a beacon game, why aren't I rewarded for getting beacons?
If you're playing a baking game generally kills don't win anything damage doesn't win anything unless you're able to kill every single player on the other team Kenna if you're in one of those top kill squads that have the best of the best you might be able to make that happen but generally your average player wins by baking control not damage not kills not anything else but controlling the beacons

I have 17 beacons but little damage. The guy with the most damage is in the first place. Every game. It's aggravating
i hate players using nether as a starting bot, and using dash ability to get easiest home beacon, and after taking that beacon, walking slowly and doing nothing😅
I look at it this way if I'm playing with random players I know that I'm going to have to be the guy to get to the most important beacon first so I normally try to find something that's somewhat durable and moves pretty quickly to try and get there, you don't want to take a squishy about if you're the only guy going so that can get a little complicated but you just got to do the best you can and hope your teammates play well I guess
I've probably got a couple older mender videos out but making a new one might not be a bad idea can I haven't done that for a little while, I'm not the greatest mender player but it's an excellent support bot I'll try and work on that
We got a couple of Rambo's in my squad LOL are squad leader loves to be a Rambo but he usually does it with a bot that can go back there and take a lot of damage which can be good because it distracts the enemies if you're able to survive for a while, so if you have a very durable Tanki bot there is a time and a place for going Rambo but generally it's not a good idea I'd say about 80% of the time it's not a good idea
I think it would be ok if it weren't for the terrible match making. Every time i try to defend a beacon there's a full mk3 robot coming at me, and get smoked by him in less than 5 seconds. Im in expert ll league
I wish I knew how the matchmaking work the only thing I know about it is it to find worthy and equal opponents during the first 30 seconds but if it goes over 30 seconds I think it just throws you in with whoever to get you into a game, so I don't know I mean there's a little bit more to it than that but it looks similar to that
Basically if you want to get good at the game or get good stuff you got to play a lot and have a lot of patience and get what's available with the regular resources or spend a bunch of money to get to really new stuff right away
I try not to get upset because I kind of expect the randoms on my team to be lousy or not know how to play the games properly but there are days where I just want to punch all the randoms in the face LOL

#6. Using an evasive medium/heavy size bot to move up and fire their volley but then retreat and draw fire behind your allied glass cannon bot or stealth bot.
For example, a player shoots his clip with a Minos but then dashes behind your Ao Ming moving away from his former forward position while aggroing enemy fire into the Ming.
I think I get what you're saying, the hard to kill robot should be up front taking the damage while the heavy heading squishier box should be right behind them helping them clear off the playing field, there's always a little bit of a strategy for everything one thing I noticed is a lot of people are just terrified to lose a robot I mean sometimes you got to do it you know
@@Danny-Lightning-WR the issue with that is that alot of players only have like 1 rlly good bot and the others are mid/not lvled at all
Going Rambo can be VERY useful with tank bots, if 1 bot can tie up 2 or more of the red teams attention at 1 beacon for awhile it can afford the rest of the your team a much easier time of establishing beacon control but always think before you commit to it
See players move over beacons and not actually turn them a little too often. Or just standing next to one. Starting a new game and all players go for the same beacon is always a bad sign.

Really good and practical advice. #5 about dropping titans is a big one. I am seeing this a lot now and with titan pilots, this is more and more deciding games.
The Titan pilots thing is one of the biggest reasons my clan loses we've been kind of working on this but I don't think we've really got the hang of it yet I think somebody just needs to say it time to drop Titans and everybody needs to kill off the bot that they're running and just drop the Titan, that's what the other clans do so we're going to have to practice this a little more but I can't tell you how many times we were just that close to winning and then they dropped all their Titans and just killed us all off with it but one or two Titans and the rest regular box cannot take on six Titans that run together in formation, it's almost impossible

Yep, as saboteur and beacon holder my job is to lockdown enemy or emp them. Becoz when I see Loki walking around, nobody pay attention to it so I must follow it. So it can't take our beacon
Funnily I do play like the Rambo with fenrir and often it causes our team to win instantly. Lol. Probably because I am a new player in the lower leagues. And I see now that I don't make pretty much other mistakes that probably helps a lot.
If you're in the lower leagues and you have really strong stuff you can definitely do that when you get up in champion League there are times when it's okay to take something like a maxed out fenrir into the enemy's home beacon and if it takes them a minute to kill you and there's four of them focused on you that's like a whole minute where your team can try to take advantage of that and get more big and so if you can keep it alive long enough to be a distraction that's great but you can't always do that especially if the team you're fighting is crazy strong, they can even wipe out the strongest spots quickly there's a time in the place for everything but normally there are a few exceptions
Let's just say you're down there in silver league and you buy one of those Mark two deals yeah you're going to beat up all the people who have the level 6 robots LOL

I do rambo sometimes, with a rando group, just to tie the other team up in defending their respawn point while my team (if they understand why I'm doing this) will capture and hold beacons, but most rando teams don't even bother with the beacons at all.
Mistake team that always see
1.Had 5 robot but only use 3
2.Trying to get kill low enemy but he didn't realize he chase enemy to enemy territory
3.ingore beacon only focus kill
4.most I see drop on top object enemy can ez target
5 support robot only support self
I think everybody makes a lot of mistakes I mean I know I make a lot of mistakes but it's just kind of good to be aware of what to do what not to do and realize oh crap I messed up when you do make one you know I think that type of thing makes a better player overall but we all mess up sometimes I have a bad habit of not remembering to reload my ammo LOL I've been a lot better at it but sometimes I still forget and then I go to shoot somebody and there's like one bullet left LOL

I used to have a bad case of the Rambo myself until somebody pointed out that I was doing and I want you know what you're right I shouldn't be doing that and then I worked on it so I don't know you just got to realize things you're doing wrong and try not to do them anymore I guess, that's what works for me I mean I'm not the world's greatest war about player but I'm pretty decent at the game can I even if I make mistakes at least I realize when I make them or have a good understanding of where I want wrong when I do things wrong but you know when you're making split second decisions sometimes you mess up but I just try to work on that stuff and improve that stuff and what not

Cool Danny super helpful i Play beacon mode alot and I've heard that you should upgrade your weapons a couple levels above you're bots level
Grabbing the center beacon could actually be really effective, the allies usually come after and when you're facing the enemies (like 1 or 2 people) trying to take the center beacon, you can just switch robot to like a fenrir or whatever and spawn there. I rarely see a whole team going for the center, but it's indeed risky to go for the center by yourself. Anyways I love your videos danny 👍
On most maps the center ends up being the most important but on some it's not for example when you go over to the room the one in the city is the important one you want to hold your home the city and then the coliseum and that one over there that's way open with nothing around it except for that one building everybody can shoot the crap out of you when you're on that one so that one's kind of like the least important so I don't know every map is a little bit different most of them sensors the one you want but not all of them I should make a video on which beacons are the most important on each map
Grabbing the nearest home beacons will always happen in random teams cos of the bonuses, mentioned - gold if on winning team, boosting armadillo drone, mothership, etc. less likely in a squad, but it still happens.

That is true but if the enemy takes control of the most important beacon at the start of the game you're at a huge disadvantage normally so I don't know what's more important getting a little one big and bonus or winning the game you know what I mean

These are the main things I see people doing constantly, especially when I'm playing with random players, I don't know how many times we lose a game because three people go to a back beacon somewhere and they just sat there for the entire game and camp on a beacon game and that leaves three people versus six people trying to get beacons you know what I mean some people are so terrified of losing a bot they just go hide somewhere and it's like man why even bother to play if you're going to do that go play team deathmatch LOL
This is great advice. I wish you had mention this a year ago. Now I have only 2 people who play. Prices are too high to enjoy this game.

If you wanna go Rambo, use a mars speed build with a DOT and lockdown setup, I recommend Deceiver, Skadi, and either a blast charge weapon or the razdor

If you mainly play ffa then the microchip thing will get you into beacon rush trying to grab as many beacons as possible without caring about the win and not being constructive (for random teams)
Anyways, none of these tactics matter. In the current Meta, the only thing that matters is whether you have a rook or not. And how many your team has as opposed to the other team
One big mistake not mentioned in the video is not pay attention to the weapon reloads. Many times, I came out of cover and wants to destroy the robots in front of me. Then I realized oh shxx, I only have the last one bullet left and then it will take 10 seconds to reload. lol
Situational awareness is everything, if winning is a priority.
Thing is, stats, and basic blood lust can be higher on the list in random land.
But every once in a while you find like minded random players that are out to help each other out and win.
I actually enjoy it when I can sacrifice a bot, using diversionary tactics and the rest of the randoms pick up on this and take back beacons.
If I see a teammate in need and it makes tactical sense to help them out, I definitely will.
And that is a great feeling. WHen a rando comes to your aid.
The game is what it is, people play it for a myriad of reasons. Blood lust brawling for dmg is understandable if you just had a ridiculous day LOL.
What I also enjoy is scoring less dmg, but coming out higher in the game stats for honour points, while also being ranked lower. LOL.
"See ?? .... Beacons MATTER, repairing your teammates, MATTER !" LOL
All in all though, after 30k+ wins, I have to say I enjoy the game much more, when I don't let stats get to me. That whole -88 thing for coming in last on the losing team is such a transparent pixo mind game obviously MEANT to frustrate you into $pending ..... I refuse to chase the dragon after what they did to drones recently. I'm happy in MASTERS, the gameplay is still very good.

Even if I leave the beacon. I don't technically have a tank other than my Fenrir. If I do drop him in to defend.the rest of my team are just sitting at the back camping with the reapers crisis or just not helping. I like to capture beacons but also avoid running into meta robots
3 & 4 is why I play TDM. Nobody get beacons, it’s all damage and or kill count. 5, one maxed rook, with the right weapons, against lower leagues will win almost every time and you know it. Put 2 or 3 rooks and it’s a slaughter. I’ve played for 6+ years, been in a few S ranked clans but I’ve quit spending money so I don’t got the meta hangers anymore but I still play for fun.

Solid advice if this game had any semblance of balance… I just saw my team who was up by 7 completely steamrolled by a single rook… we were for sure the better team with teamwork, communication and ethical fair game play (no douchebag scorpion players)… we lost… great game been playing for around 4 years …sadly I’ve been leaving more games than playing due to hacking and ridiculously overpowered weapons
Another mistake is when a Beacon Rush/Domination game begins, I'm 2 seconds or less away from reaching a Beacon but a player sprints from behind and beats me to it. That play wastes both of our time. The other player could've helped another teammate or taken a position in the game and made better use of his robot rather than chase me down for a beacon.
If I'm using a Skyros, on the Carrier map for example, I leave the beacon in front of our spawning area to my teammates and I try to capture the middle and /or the side beacon.
The goal is to capture the beacons before the enemy does so if a player getting there first bothers you I know that kind of sucks but if that allowed you to capture the beacon just a little bit faster it probably ends up being beneficial to your team as long as your team can hold on to it so I can understand what you're saying but sometimes you got to look at the big picture and say was that beneficial to my team even though it wasn't beneficial to me,
Tbh in the last match your team was fighting 4 rooks (possibly more) so that's the main reason you guys lost. But still Titan Coordination is important. Spawn in with you titan as soon more than 2 hit the battlefield
We were all in regular robots and they were all in Titan so if we would have all dropped our Titans in when that was happening we might have stood a chance I mean yeah all rooks is going to be harder to deal with but let's just say we had a guy drop a note-ins a guy dropping aether a couple guys drop rooks if we played well we could about played all those rooks, the note is there to help heal everybody up and I don't know well balanced team can do very well when they work together

Hey bud if you're having problems where you can't get into your hanger I would suggest uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game it sounds like you're having some weird type of problem, as long as you have Google play or iOS or whatever saving your progress shortly after you reinstall it should ask you if you want to load your old account back up, I switch accounts and uninstall I'm reinstall games constantly for different phones and the emulators and this and that and the other thing I've never ran into a problem yet but it's always good to write down the player ID just in case something weird happens you need to get game support to restore your game but on war robots I don't know if that's really a issue on the other game I play at canby anyways I'm rambling on but if you want before you do that you can try to clear the game cashe, that rarely but sometimes works and if that doesn't work trying to uninstall and reinstall and if that doesn't work you might need to contact game support

Grab and go of beacons happens for many reasons, trying to bump up your mothership or armadillo drone, increase of gold when on a winning side, under powered hangar due to matchmaking, so grab beacons.
Yeah the grab-and-go thing is a terrible tactic, I've seen games or both teams had like 60 70 beacons not kidding, I remember a game recently where one player had over 40 beacons on one team the other player had like 37 on the other team I mean come on that's just bad beacon control right there

I agree and I been losing a lot of games since I play solo. 😢 My main hanger is strong but mistake 3-4 I see people do a lot. It's sucks because no one knows how to play any of the beacon matches. If they have camper setups. Go play TDM or FFA.
If you're good at free for all I mean you can earn big damage Big silver big everything there, it's a great game mode. I also like domination as it's a little bit easier I guess so if I'm playing solo I normally pick domination these days or free for all
Not sure how sitting on a beacon is going to help, when the honor point system makes a big deal about higher beacon counts, no?
How do you get to the workshop. (Level 19) I'm trying to get puzzle pieces for a weapon.
Once you hit a specific rank the workshop will unlock and I think when you first get it it's only got like one or two build slots available but after you build a few things another slot will open up then another slot will open up then eventually you have six slots available for building something, I think it's like rank 25 or 30 when it unlocks if I remember correctly

As a solo player when i go against a full 5-6 stacked squad i auto kmow its a gg there been like a rare handful of times us randos vs squads win 😅 alot the mistakes mentioned are legit so many time iv finished game look at the end result team mates with no beacons captured costs team at the very least compete and put pressure on them for your team
Sometimes randoms win, it's definitely not as often but it does happen somewhat often I would say but yeah it's never fun going up against the full squad when you're playing randoms

If randoms had a better understanding of game tactics it would probably work out a lot better. I think some of the people just don't really play with others often or never been part of the squad that actually knows how the play so they're just kind of out there doing their thing and don't realize they should be doing something differently
Reason why we ran to the nearest beacon is u get to charge up ur ship a bit faster..and if matchmaking is even then we may be holding a beacon,dealing with mk3 is useless ..sometimes running away just to live a little bit longer..and who knows..maybe we are paired with a kid,can't blame them if they hide😂..playing with a clan is somehow the only way u don't get frustrated..anyways..if u lose..just battle again ..gud tip Dan for the newbies..
Getting a couple of quick bonuses on your drone or charging your mothership a little bit faster as nice but if the enemy takes control of the first three beacons and they're very good at protecting their Dickens you may not be able to take control of the map so that's a loss right there your team needs to get the first three beacons first and then hold those three beacons in order to win that doesn't always guarantee a win but if you're playing with a good team it usually does unless the thing like I show you last happens lol

I hate when the team leave the beacon undefended so I have no choice to defend the beacon causing to lose the games making me mad last time the luchador think he can beat all the enemy he jump all the way to enemy
I would say share this with everybody you know and maybe they'll get the idea kind of the more people who see this the better the players will become I mean these are all a few basic things but these are the main things that cause people to lose games I would say, if everybody did these things right then it comes down to pure skill of the team I would say
If I stay on the beacon usually I die as fast as If I would walk of it and let the enemy's geti it cuz I don't have mk 3 stuff, and playing vs enemy's who have newest mk 3 stuff is hard becouse they kill you in seconds
I die on beacons constantly sometimes you have to sacrifice a couple robots to hold or get the big ones sometimes I have three or four bots die in the first three or four minutes of the game trying to get that most important beacon but then once we get control of it you play the last couple bots properly and if your team does everything they're supposed to do then you can still win so a lot of people are scared to death to lose a robot and will you got to guard those beacons with your robot slide even if it means losing one here and there

My biggest pet peeves is how players dont stand inside the circle (regardless of color) they seem to think they won't be famaged if they step outside the circle. Meanwhile, tue enemy is smart enough to stand on tue circle and either retains or captures tue beacon 🤦
I can't tell you how many times I've watched the guy standing right next to a white beacon or they just walk right past it and keep going because they're focused on trying to get a kill and then you lose the game because the idiots didn't take the beacons

I think most players are like this. But, the reason is because Dixonic awards more points for damage...even on beacon games. It's stupid. I get 17 beacons and 3 kills, but the first place finisher had 7 kills and 2 beacons. If it's a beacon game, why aren't I rewarded for getting beacons?
If you're playing a baking game generally kills don't win anything damage doesn't win anything unless you're able to kill every single player on the other team Kenna if you're in one of those top kill squads that have the best of the best you might be able to make that happen but generally your average player wins by baking control not damage not kills not anything else but controlling the beacons

I look at it this way if I'm playing with random players I know that I'm going to have to be the guy to get to the most important beacon first so I normally try to find something that's somewhat durable and moves pretty quickly to try and get there, you don't want to take a squishy about if you're the only guy going so that can get a little complicated but you just got to do the best you can and hope your teammates play well I guess

I've probably got a couple older mender videos out but making a new one might not be a bad idea can I haven't done that for a little while, I'm not the greatest mender player but it's an excellent support bot I'll try and work on that

We got a couple of Rambo's in my squad LOL are squad leader loves to be a Rambo but he usually does it with a bot that can go back there and take a lot of damage which can be good because it distracts the enemies if you're able to survive for a while, so if you have a very durable Tanki bot there is a time and a place for going Rambo but generally it's not a good idea I'd say about 80% of the time it's not a good idea

I think it would be ok if it weren't for the terrible match making. Every time i try to defend a beacon there's a full mk3 robot coming at me, and get smoked by him in less than 5 seconds. Im in expert ll league
I wish I knew how the matchmaking work the only thing I know about it is it to find worthy and equal opponents during the first 30 seconds but if it goes over 30 seconds I think it just throws you in with whoever to get you into a game, so I don't know I mean there's a little bit more to it than that but it looks similar to that
If there any codes to help get better weapons because I do not spend any cash on this game
Basically if you want to get good at the game or get good stuff you got to play a lot and have a lot of patience and get what's available with the regular resources or spend a bunch of money to get to really new stuff right away
Huge mistake number 4 people always do that and making me having a headache
I try not to get upset because I kind of expect the randoms on my team to be lousy or not know how to play the games properly but there are days where I just want to punch all the randoms in the face LOL
