shove the coin into there eye.trust me.it distracts them pretty well.It either lets you do it your way/you get what you want/or the whole thing hets cancelled
ask them ahead of time about the choice lets say they pick tails you flip the coin and you feel tails on your thumb, you smack the coin on the back of your wrist, you win if they pick tails and you feel heads with your thumb, classic palm the coin in the motion which flips the coin, and then smack it down on the back of your wrist

What I found out is you even call the side you want at the start and then depending on what you feel on your hand you can choose to flip it into your other wrist or cover it with the other palm (which hides it without rotating).
