About I Dream Of Jeannie: Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman star in this classic ‘60s comedy about a genie and her master. When astronaut Tony Nelson is forced to crash-land on a remote Pacific island, he finds a strange bottle that's washed ashore. When he opens it, out pops a genie named Jeannie. Not only does she get him back to civilization safely, she also smuggles herself aboard the rescue plane. Jeannie becomes Tony's constant companion. But though she happily grants his every wish, she causes more than her fair share of trouble.

Barbra Edens cheerfulness and bubbly personality compliments her beauty 😊
And she is still like that
Jeannie can wink anything into existence yet she is happy with a little trinket..😂
This was so hilarious..Tony taking advice from Sigmund Freud in the end..
She's absolutely stunning in this episode.
Dr. Bellows's "Major Nelson ?" deserves to become a catchphrase to be used in a number of life situations.
Jeannie whipped up a HISTORY PARTY! 😁😁😁👍👍
Well, 😁
Barbara Eden never ceases to amaze with her timeless beauty!
She had such delicate features.
Barbara is beautiful inside and out.
She is so adorable
It always used to make me so mad that Dr Bellows would just walk right into Major Nelson's house like he owned the place!
But it wouldn't make you mad when strangers would just walk into the tanners home?
Relatives walk into each other's houses. Mine used to.
On occasion Dr. Bellows would knock but for the most part he would just walk in and he would catch Tony at the most inopportuned time.
Now that you mentioned it Yes Dr. Bellows acts like its his house .
That’s the funny part. ❤
Barbara Eden THE American Jeannie. We love her.
If Jeannie was trapped in her bottle for 2000 years, how did she know any of those “friends” ? 😁
Happy birthday Barbara eden 💕🎂
Poor Major Nelson, he just can't escape Dr. Bellows.
Oh that dress is fabulous
There was no end to Leonardo's genius!
Wow.. i would LOVE to come to her birthday party and meet all the famous figures from ancient era's!
Originally telecast on November 21, 1966. One of the most charming sequences of the series.
Ah, the day Troy Aikman was born.
Lovely, and lively, who would love Jeannie?
I WILL ! I WILL! I WILL ! I WILL! I WILL ! I WILL! I WILL ! I WILL!
Barbara at her most beautiful here.
Ha ha !! Caught you smiling!!
Define Dream Girl for me ......
Barbara’s beauty never seems to have a bad day, but her beauty floored me when she guest starred on Andy Griffith’s show.... daaamn like Andy said nature was real real really good to her.
She was also amazing in her appearance on I Love Lucy.
@@jongilbertson2106 My mother told me to pick YOU! 😄 💃
@@jongilbertson2106 I bet, I’ll have to check that out.
david spencer Have you ever seen Jenny Karezi, Τζενη Καρεζη ,a greek actress with the most beautiful eyes of Greece!
@@georgcorfu never heard of her but your right- beautiful eyes on her just looked her up....
Very beautiful indeed.
The romance scenes in this series are really touching.
This show was perfectly cast. 😊
Happy belated Birthday Jeannie. ;3
Greatest figures in history.
So cute! 😊
I watch the series everyday when I came home from school I love vintage TV shows they are so wonderful I realize Jeannie is wife material she is so sweet beautiful selfless and kind and so loyal she deserves all the happiness in the world and all these years she never fantasize off of any other man but Major Nelson yeah she's wife material
Dr. Bellows just walking into Tony's house whenever he wants is just pulling rank on Tony.
Also, Tony's an astronaut! He really needs to think about his personal security.
That was one of the best, thank you!!!!
A loura mais linda que eu vi e vou levar para sempre um my mind!
What could possibly go wrong?
Happy birthday Barbara !
A halloween party, if I've ever seen one!
Os looks se Jeene são lindos época só saudades
2:44. So he just walks into another person’s house unannounced?
Saudades desses seriado bons tempos. Grace Moreira.
Shakespeare misquoted himself here. "Alas, poor Yorick, I knew him, *Horatio*; a man of infinite jest...."
I remember my mom with those over the top hair do's
That is a beautiful dress!
Her hairstyle looks like it would feel really heavy on her head.
She's looks stunning in this episode
I think many of us would like to speak with the actual Dr. Sigmund Freud. I know I do. :)
Well,I hear from Billy the Kid and Socrates that he's a bit of a geek.
freud was wrong about quite a few things
Dr Bellows 🤣🤣🤣❤️👍
SUE ellen: do you like my dress?
Jr Ewing: go to bed and dont wait up im not coming home
Love the show but so many inconsistencies. She was supposed to be in her bottle for 2000 years but she knows people who existed when she would have been confined like Ben Franklin, Sigmund Freud, etc.
Hmmmm.... 🤔
Good catch.
...and Dr. Bellows, Haydn Rorke, ogling women when in fact he was gay.
Silly person.....before she spent the 2000 years in her bottle she had traveled into the future and met all of these people and became friends with them. It's obvious that if she can go into the past and bring people into the future then why can't she go into the future and meet people? Get it? She had to go back in time to meet Cleopatra right? Since Cleopatra lived more then 2000 years ago!
Good! Now we can continue to enjoy the show with no inconsistencies! She is after all a Genie!~
@@Heart2HeartBooks cleopatra was black.
Barbara looks so Beautiful.
Just atonishing!
If she was in the bottle the last 2,000 years how did she know all those people in between.
She does appear as a goddess 😍

Well you could get a Roku box it costs money but seasons 1-3 are there for free with ads tho
Or you can go to soap2day, just be careful with pop up ads
Just get the complete series set. Mill Creek sells it. At last I saw it being sold for $30.

Marie Antoinette, William Shakespeare, Cleopatra, Benjamin Franklin, King Henry VIII, and Dr. Sigmund Freud.
That evening dress would be on the Floor. in a Clumped ball.........lol......
In season 1 when Jeannie join the WAC she started her birthday was in July.In this episode she didn't know when her birthday was.I don't get it.Did make knowing her birthday was in July? I wonder.
You're right. I had noticed that too. There are some plot holes in the show. But I don't care because I love it so much.
Another episode had her bday as April 1st.
That's why I always liked Tony better then Darrin XD
He is so much better than Darrin. He really did love her and dare I say even liked her (I always felt like Darrin didn't really like Samantha that much).
They are definitely one of the underrated sitcom love stories.
Everybody!
Isn’t inviting Henry VIII the equivalent of inviting Harvey Weinstein to your party? Bruh
Does Sigmund Freud sound familiar? I swear I’ve heard his voice on Looney Tunes before.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Gelman - That's the guy who played Freud, don't think there's any mention of Looney Tunes there though.
@@adriansampson6970 Thank you. I read it. I did not find anything about Looney Tunes, but I swear I heard a voice like his on Looney Tunes. Also, he is still alive.
I don't remember his name but, he played one of Felix Unger's and Oscar Madison's friend on the Odd Couple.
That was not really Sigmund Freud, just an imposter: a Sigmund fraud.

Shame on you Dr bellows. You are a married man 😠😡

Too bad they got the Hamlet quote wrong. It is actually "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio, a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy."
Even as a little boy I couldn't understand why Major Nelson wasn't completely smitten by Jeannie. Whenever I watch these old episodes I want to slap the guy. She was way out of your league.
I think he was too caught up in his career and he didn't need to pursue Jeannie since she made it obvious she adored him.
@@user-zp3oz7op6w Perhaps. I liked their relationship in Season 1 where he was affectionate with her and they kissed a lot.
@@InformantNet I agree! But it was a comedy so they had to have problems.
You have to remember though Tony was engaged when he met Jeannie so of course he wasn't immediately attracted to her.
@@kevinpayton2664 Mmm-hmm
No worries !
The Space Program isn't real either.
People complaining about Dr bellows. Why don't they complain about how people would just open the door to the tanners house, how they were never murdered ill never know
what if Jeanie was just Satan?
She's too pure-hearted for that. Her sister, on the other hand...
