If you are coaching as a parent, you will walk on average of 6 miles a day up hills that are borderline torture. Bring good running sneakers and lots of clean socks. The first day I walked 25 thousand steps loading the bunk houses. Also, bring fans and extension cords, power banks. My son and I had an amazing time but its a test of stamina and will being here for a week. The hills are killer.
