Agree in a market where the top are in the 205Kg category and some with 20L tanks this is nothing special. Unless this comes in an a stupidly affordable price and cheap maintenance then very few people will buy this. I think the Honda Transalp is a better value buy.@@DrQuiza
I wish BMW offered a G310GS Adventure version with a 5 gallon fuel tank, tubeless spoke wheels, an aluminum bash plate, engine protection bars, larger and more aggressive pegs, and fully adjustable suspension front and rear. Those upgrades would cost BMW less than $400 and I'd pay $2000 more for that bike. Bike manufacturers, not just BMW, look at their small ADV bikes as beginner bikes. They use them to get new customers on the upgrade path to their mid size and full size ADV bikes. Older riders typically have more discretionary income and are buying smaller bikes because they have trouble handling and lifting larger bikes, but I'd argue that a small ADV bike like the G310GS is better off road for all riders. Unfortunately, the marketing department doesn't want to admit this, so they won't sell full featured lightweight ADV bikes because most people wouldn't buy their more expensive larger bikes. That's why smaller ADV bikes are built to a budget and are stripped of premium features. The companies would rather sell someone their first bike, that leads to their second and third. They aren't interested in selling old riders their last bike, so they miss the opportunity to make an R1300GS Adventure profit margin on a G310GS Adventure.

Its great that all three have been updated together and there is some more power, not sure this is needed on the 750, good job BMW. Came across a 900XR rider a few weeks back who wanted a 900GS option you must have been listening in.
A complete success!!!, it shows that they have listened to the users, I loved what they have done with these models. and the G300GS? will they update it? Continues at this way!
BMW Motorrad desperately needs to add a G310GS Adventure to their lineup. All I really need is a 5 gallon fuel tank because I can't upgrade that in the aftermarket and 2.9 gallons is way too small. The G310GS Adventure could also add common off road upgrades such as an aluminum bash plate, engine protection bars, larger foot pegs, etc. Keep the lightweight that is so important for off road use, particularly for older or smaller riders, but add the features customers want. A lithium battery and maybe a titanium exhaust could offset the added weight of the other upgrades.

I realize that all the riders were complaining about how heavy R1250GS so this F800 & F900 GS are really big alternatives to heavy big brother PERFECT, let me test ride
Nice! Thank you for showing the bikes and describing the specifications, unlike the typical 99% fact free BMW Motorrad marketing teaser that tries to sell a lifestyle. It looks like BMW Motorrad is finally admitting that lighter motorcycles are better for off road use. Good job on weight reduction although still pursuing ever more displacement and power (the 700 cc mid size adventure bike is now 900 cc and the 1100 cc full size ADV bike is now 1300 cc). I've been reading a lot of comments on the ADVrider forum and what customers *REALLY* want is a lightweight R450GS with a 450 cc boxer engine, essentially a modern lightweight version of the HP2 Enduro. Barring that, I'd like to see a lightweight 450 cc single cylinder GS. The G310GS would be a great platform for a lightweight 50 HP version. It could easily be as lightweight as the G310GS and I'd be willing to pay for the upgrades to save that weight. Barring that, a G310GS Adventure with a much larger fuel tank would be the simplest path to a properly equipped lightweight ADV bike. 11 liters (2.9 gallons) is a bad joke on an ADV bike, even if it gets mileage as good as the G310GS. Customers shouldn't be forced to buy hard panniers (the industry is rapidly moving away from those to save weight and improve safety) to get an Adventure version with a larger fuel tank. All adventure motorcycles should have at least a 300 mile usable range.
So F800GS and F900GS Adventure are basically the same as their predecessors but with slightly larger displacement and more power. The F900GS seems to be a completely new developed bike and I'm curious as to how it will perform against its competitors such as a KTM 890.

Bmw should also launch the F900GS with 500cc and 650cc engines as a flyweight ADV Rally model. Also 500cc and 650cc as flyweight Dual Sport ´n´ SM, these models are what riders all over the world want to buy. Dual Sport Bmw G650X Challenge were ahead of it´s time.
With all due respect, the price will be, I suppose, very close to €18 thousand equipped with all its extras and packages, I'm talking about the Adventure, honestly for that amount I prefer a second-hand 1200/1250 Adventure, of which there are many for that price and with few km. I see the new adventure 900 as very good, but to spend that amount I prefer an authentic German boxer, even if it is second-hand.
I suppose this range will come close to outgoing 1250 range so as to create room at a higher band for the 1300GS range ? Smart move to address a wide range of competition from the Tiger/KTM 900cc pack, AT/ATAS all the way to MS V4S rally pro
So the 900 is now a Transalp from BMW. I'm curious about how those 105 HP will feel on the roads as so far the engine might've been the weakest spot of the current F 850 GS.
Love the F900GS Adventure. Well done on increasing the engine size and creating three distinct bikes. Now there is a tool for each preference.

I like the fact that you can finally adjust the front suspension. I was hopeful that they would come out with a smaller boxer though i do like their parallel twin.
Are these Chinese or German engines?
The engines are a 100% BMW Motorrad development. 😊
900 GS is great 👍 well done
The Terminator has more expresivity and body language than the presentators of the video.
What are you expecting from a German? Have you seen a German comedy show?
Knock knock!
Who’s there!
Doesn’t matter!!
Open the door!
Great job with 900 platform!
I can NOT wait!!! 2nd March 2024, I will be going to my local BMW Motorrad dealer to look at the new F 800 GS and try the G 310 GS on the rolling road.
From someone who has been looking at Yamaha for so long, I think BWM has stolen my ambition for my next bike (A2 restricted).
Looks Great! I just dont understand if the 900GS is more capable offroad than the 900GS Adventure or the opposite. From the video it sounded like the 900GS is a better offroad machine.
can we please have a new m510gs adventure hp enduro rallye with 21inch front, 18 inch rear with aluminium-magnesium alloy frame, make sure it weights below 160kg wet please please please?
Brilliant bike, xcountry was a joy.@@sys-administrator
Dream bike
@@sys-administratorexisted* They haven’t made that bike for a long time.
Im looking at my next bike here for sure 👍🏁
Damn. All three are really impressive. Very interested in the F800. Are the weights posted yet?
Nice bikes! Loved my old F800GS. But think will be to expensive this time...
to bad they didnt keep the distinctive bmw gs headlight
The headlight is cool. You’re right.
Are the Engines still manufactured in China by LonCin ?
The bike is built in the Berlin factory as well as in factories in Thailand and Brazil.
Finally BMW makes a real worthy oponent to the Africa 900 and the Tenere
that slime green 900 adventure looks tasty
Looking forward to them in the flesh. I HOPE BMW fixed the notchy quick-shifter (my major complaint on my previous F-750, others complained as well),
I'm hoping for a f500-600 again ):
Greetings, I was impatiently waiting for the R1250GS, why was it not introduced? When will it be introduced?
Will this F-900GS product be sold in Brazil ?
In Brazil, it will be launched in the second half of 2024. Stay tuned!
F 900 GS look good!!!
That 900 trophy looks the dog's 👌💯💯💯💯
Die BMW 900 Gs ist echt gut gelungen da passt alles endlich mal ein Design aus einen Guss und nicht zu zerklüftet. Wünschen würde ich mir davon eine Supermoto Version.
Wow the second speaker pulled out an amazing german english accent 😂 🎉
Please share a link where we can look at the specs of the newly launched motorcycles
BMW Motorrad Page
Check out our Instagram Story. There we have shared all the links to the bikes. 😄
Only option must be front fender of F800&F900 Advanture because during continental ride rider gets tired of front wind noise and wind power probably it is optional. I realize that all the riders were complaining about how heavy R1250GS so this F800 & F900 GS are really big alternatives to heavy big brother PERFECT, let me test ride
❤❤❤❤❤
Please give an option for shaft drive in this segment
Tanto la Gs 800, como la Gs 900 Adventure enamoran😍😍🤤🏍️🏍️ 🤞
Are you already in love with both? 😍
So F800GS and F900GS Adventure are basically the same as their predecessors but with slightly larger displacement and more power.
The F900GS seems to be a completely new developed bike and I'm curious as to how it will perform against its competitors such as a KTM 890.
It weill definitely be hard to beat!
For me there's only two things missing on the F900GS i.e.
1. Large fuel tank
2. Brake light
adding 900GS to my wishlist😬
Fantastic video and models so im falling love with F900GS 👏👏👏💪💪💪🤙🤙🤙🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thank you!
Hello how have the seat heights changed compared to the previous models? I am from the Philippines and the GS line is very popular here. Some of us though have trouble with the seat height😅
Hi there, the BMW F 900 GS has a standard seat height of 870 mm, but you have several options for adjusting the seat height. For more information check out the following link: www.bmw-motorrad.com/en/shorturls/f900gs.html.
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING LONCIN, CHINA.
At present, Loncin makes engines for the BMW F 750 GS and F 850 GS. In addition, the midsize scooters BMW C 400 X and C 400 GT roll off the production lines here.
I’d like to know where they are made and assembled and more deep technical information, like options of ride mode, packages, etc…
These bikes are produced at the BMW Motorrad plant in Berlin as well as at the plants in Thailand and Brazil. For detailed information about the the bikes check out our website. You can already configure your dream bike now! 🤩
Wow, new battery for better handling on the 800! Good thing they didn’t give it non-ancient front forks, cause we all know batteries are the key to good handling
Can’t wait for gs 1300
From the 310 to 800 and nothing else between !😂
Bmw should also launch the F900GS with 500cc and 650cc engines as a flyweight ADV Rally model. Also 500cc and 650cc as flyweight Dual Sport ´n´ SM, these models are what riders all over the world want to buy. Dual Sport Bmw G650X Challenge were ahead of it´s time.
Well done BMW well done!
Appreciate that! Comment your favourite model below. 👇

Can you get the wheels from the F900GS for the Adventure?
The F 900 GS has its wheels, also related to their size, tailored to maximum off-road action. This configuration is therefore not possible.
I'm curious about how those 105 HP will feel on the roads as so far the engine might've been the weakest spot of the current F 850 GS.
the 800 is a transalp competitor.. the 900 hunts in the range of a twin at least from an engine power perspective..
nothing sexier than a host with a voice that reminds us of burning flesh.
Awesome I was just in looking for my first bike!
Which one is your favourite so far? 😊
@@bmwmotorrad I was going for a 750 gs. But this might change very soon :D
105HP for a first bike is too weak, go for min 200+ ... and also 230kg is too light, go for 300kg as minimum ...
