Following childbirth, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to remedy it. I chose a wellness-focused approach. I took care of my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, specially rich in Protein, Biotin. I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress management. I avoided styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress. I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo along with a neem wood comb. The outcome was hair fall control and the return of my confidence.
watching this made me miss my pregnancy hair 😭😭😭 the moment I ran out of those prenatal vitamins that thickness went away, I’m left with length still but straggly ends. And baby (4mo) is going through a growth spurt and so we’ve been connected at the hip 🫠 But I will say I continued to do wash and gos like I’ve always have… I think if I kept my hair twisted like yours it would’ve helped 😅 this is inspiring me to go do my hair now, thanks for the video 🙏🏽
I’m right there with you. This is my 4th and the worst I’ve ever lost. Clumps after clumps, my hair was just sliding out. It’s to the bottom of my back and I’m gonna have to cut a lot of length to have a fuller look.
I had to shave all my hair off (clean shaven) as my hair was getting everywhere and driving me nuts 😢. I’ve never experienced such amounts of shedding even some parts of my scalp was smooth where the hair shed.
My postpartum shedding was the worse and I have to say I had to cut and my hair still hasn’t recovered once I stop taking vitamins or don’t do everything I didn’t during that shedding phase Jaír begins to shed I am drink collagen msm powder and that makes hair grow on face but I can’t stop because of the whole shedding my hair hasn’t been the same at all
Try buying some prenatal vitamins over the counter. If you get the gummies add an iron supplement. Also you can check pintrest for natural way to treat pp shedding.
I feel like the prenatal vitamins take out your hair when you stop taking them . I my hair was coming out in clumps now I’m 7 months I don’t take them I don’t get hair loss
I didn't experience it after my 2 pregnancies (which were in my 20s), but I did experience it (hair loss due to drastic estrogen level changes) once I stopped taking birth control after a year of taking it (in my late 30s).
@Serenityblu23 No, oral contraceptive...ortho tricyclen lo, to be exact. It had a lower amount of estrogen, but there was still estrogen and as we get older, our estrogen levels also drop. For me, it's possible the pill was supplementing some of the estrogen I lost due to my age, so when I stopped taking the pill, the drop in estrogen was significant.

I just cut mine in a bob. I’m so tired of it. My baby gave me two patches missing in the front but now it’s growing back.

@@DrSiglo wow. I learn something knew every day. I would have never known that. More women need to learn that.
Can you take estrogen pills post-baby?
Why would you do that? Especially if you're breastfeeding a boy.
@@slimthickaz. oooh yeah that’s true. Never had kids so I was just wondering 🙏🏾 was just thinking of ways to keep that “pregnancy hair”
@@slimthickaz. what would happen to the boy if he drinks estrogen?
@@spongebob8157 trans women take estrogen, what do you think will happen to a boy with too much estrogen?
Your hormones will get completely off balance. You can’t fight the natural process you can only aid it using natural herbs promoting estrogen boosting
