When you close the valves at 2:35 for cleaning, do you have to reset the TDC to its original position?

Hello, tell me, do you assemble using a denametric key? Tell me the tightening values, with what force should I tighten the bolts? Thank you

First and foremost thanks for the great and honest services you provide. Apart from successfully undertaking and finalising each job, every trip to your garage gives the owner valuable information and confidence that their hard earned money are well spent. It goes without saying that yours and Peter Kennedy's channels saves people a fortune in the long run and if I wouldn't have missed that train with age I would have certainly became a mechanic watching you in my youth 😁. No excuse for the blank plates installed wrong (noobie owner). However, an egr remap is more than just deleting dtcs from the ecu table. If map is done right, as long as the egrs are disconnected the valves stay closed and no shit gets back into the engine. Moreover, there's no crazy increase in exhaust temps to put stress on the head gasket and damage the dpf like the early stage maps used to. Plates are just needed when the egrs are plugged-in for the MOT. If no plate in the main egr, as soon as you connect them after a long year of soot accumulation in pre - egr system, car just smokes and may be jerking like crazy. Anyway I'm confident that the owner of this car has had a great experience getting to know you just like everybody else did while using your services. Keep up the good work guys and post more great content for the enthusiasts and professionals alike. You rock!

Hi. Did you remove the plate he had made and reinstall everything back to stock? Or did you make up another plate for the one he had missed? With it having been mapped out it would be an issue if it was all put back to stock? Had considered doing this on mine when I did the carbon cleaning but was unsure where to blank

We reinstalled his blanking plates and explained where one more is missing. I guess the owner will blank it there too. ;)

Have you any experience with whiteline bushing for the diff? The stock bushing wears down very quick and Mazda don’t sell the bushing me instead want you to replace the whole subframe. Whiteline make a bushing that can be put in there. So do Superpro, was just wondering have you come across them

Nowadays egr off maps require unplugging the EGRs. This way they stay closed and no exhaust gas is being recirculated. If you plug in the EGRs though, plates are needed on both.
