Red Dead Redeption 2 is a popular Western-themed game. The story follows Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang after a robbery gone bad. Left to right we have: Goff, Daryl, Jeoph, and Jeff - the Ghost Riders before they died and were cursed to eternally ride. One of the plug-ins for this cover was labeled "Tubular Bells." Most of the costumes from Ghost Riders in the Sky were in storage and Rick Underwood still had most of the hair pieces saved. This is the first time this particular background set at PattyCake Productions was used. Eli did the lighting design.
Actually Geoff is not in this video. These are Goff, Jeoph, Jeff, and Daryl, his backup singers in Ghost Riders in the Sky before they were ghosts.
Geoff sat this one out and let the boys go it on their own. These are the pre Ghost Riders In The Sky before they became ghosts. LtoR Goff, Daryl, Jeoph, and Jeff. He trusted Daryl to keep them roped in and on their best behavior. 😂❤
Since you questioned 'karaoke' version as part of his Patreon perks, the music you heard playing (with background vocals) over the outro IS the karaoke version. Both Geoff and VoicePlay have been using those more recently as outros. Kind of nice, because it lets people get an idea of just how complex and layered these songs can be. Also allows one to really hear the harmonies separate from the melody. The outro on "Sleeping in the Cold Below" from VoicePlay ended up being Beatbox only. They had accidentally released that to Patreon instead of the 'normal' karaoke and everyone said just how cool it was to hear it alone. So, I suppose they decided it was a good idea to put it over the outro for that one.
The lighting was done by Eli (Voiceplay) - great vocal and he always take such care in the presentation too. 🌹🕊
And yes, you did miss a few VoicePlay covers. I highly suggest that you might want to check out their two most recent ones: "Sleeping in the Cold Below" from Warframe (the game) and "Black Hole Sun" from SoundGarden. The first was a total earworm that just would not leave my brain for a while and the latest just amazed me - especially they way they managed that buzzy, distorted guitar sound. "Black Hole Sun" is an Eli/Layne arrangement and I am so excited to hear more of Eli's arranging skills!
Geoff would look great in everything or nothing! Ummm...wait, I don't think that came out right.💙

This song speaks to me of the mess the US and the world is in. From Ukraine to Gaza and Israel. May I stand unshaken amid, amidst the crash of the world. I think this may be his best.

Would highly recommend Voiceplay’s newest “Blackhole Sun” by Soundgarden. It’s incredible. I am so there for a Voiceplay grunge era cause Eli especially knows how to arrange it in the best way!
Geoff is so good looking but I have a real soft spot for the version of him with the moustache. :) These of course are the same characters as his Ghost Riders in the Sky - before they were ghosts.

geoff uses subharmonics instead of vocal fry and at 4:16 it might actually be chest (not sure but some of those G1s? are definitely chest anyway)
