Sammo had an injury during the early part of his film career that impacted his body's ability to regulate his weight. He trains to move like this despite fighting against his own damaged body.
And people get these days wonder why I get annoyed when people say that its to hard to stay fit when they have never been injured.

Not many know this, but Sammo and Jackie Chan grew up together in some kind of housing (Forgot what it was called) for boys that had no parents or were out of control and parents then them there.

@@righteousfroce1254 not really, but kinda. Sammo and Jackie (and Yuen Biao) went to a Chinese drama academy at a very young age and were trained in Opera, Ballet, Martial Arts etc.. it's an INCREDIBLY rigorous schooling kind of like an extreme version of boarding school.

One of my favorite parts of that crossover was when Walker made his presence known in LA, the LAPD remarked that he was way out of his jurisdiction. Likewise when Sammo came to TX he got similar treatment from Walker's team!

That would have been unbeatable with Sammo and Chuck together.
They shot like 4 or 5 EPs from this same ranch I think this is Chuck Norris ranch which just outside of Navasota TX. It is kind weird they never filmed any EPs in Houston did one 1 and 1/8 EPS in Galveston though when his ranch is like 70 miles outside of Houston. I did not like the last 2 season when the brought on the guy and girl they were both pretty bad when guy is the two guys one of the middle season they were pretty good.
Yeah, I wasn't that much of a big fan of the final two seasons, but a couple of good episodes here and there. I prefer Trent and Carlos over Sydney and Gage. Since Trent and Carlos left the show for their short-lived spin-off series, that was a good show while it sadly lasted 6 episodes.
