On the surface , you may not see the high end finishes that has gone in to the home such as Pella Windows , Thermador appliances , Leicht Cabinetry . Every detail in the home is high end . Not for everyone and it’s OK . In context , There is not one single family home new construction in Buckhead for less than 2 million .

You are correct about privacy and neighbors . We have sold two of them , so there is obviously a clientele for it . It’s great for someone who is looking for a townhouse and appreciates the no shared wall. Hope that makes sense .
