To be honest, Jotaro stealing The World makes just as much sense as Jotaro randomly pulling Time Stop out of his ass.
It's not random it is hinted in the prison scene when jotato shoots himself since there is no way he could block or deflect it that fast so it could only be time related along with Dios example of learning being a shotgun shot at him but the bullets stopped mid air making both their experiences similar
@@chunkemonke2971 it wasn't about the timestop, it was about star platinum's speed. SP is one of the fastest stands in the series, and he only learned the timestop near the finale. That's why it could catch the bullet. It's just that fast.

This is how i actually imagined what Jojo would be before I actually started reading/watching the series.
It's a good read I promise it looks gay but like every character is straight but flamboyant weird but still good( I do not confirm that there isn't homosexual characters I stopped reading after part 4)
