Grow Grapes up any Wall | DIY custom built Trellis

Many people are not taking advantage of their south facing walls. Grapes can be easily grown on a wall by installing a trellis or latticework. I built a custom DIY trellis and mounted it to the wall. I show you exactly how I did it in this video. I then train the Vine to grow up and around the trellis. This is a great way to grow more food in a space which most people would not think possible. I used a composite decking board ripped into strips and then nailed together. This Azek material looks just like faded wood and matches my fence boards color. Plus this trellis will last for every and never rot or need replacement. I show you how to build the entire thing from start to finish.

Not sure if thats a good idea wrapping it around the wood. The vine will expand every year and the space from the wall will be so small in the future. I would just tie to the wood or give more space from the wall. Just a suggestion

Thanks, yes it the vine gets larger diameter than 1" then it could push it off the wall potentially. Hopefully it doesn't do that. I was going to space it off the wall more but could always do that later if needed.
