Glad you enjoy it! I'm hearing from many of the visitors that the videos don't do the place justice. They're all loving it and I can't wait to share this place with more people. Thanks for the comment
NICE...EVERSTOKE is becoming the premier venue for all kinds of MTBing. Something cool is coming your way in a bit. Hope yall like it. Always great work on the trails...KUDOS
The banging is eork being done on a project Brian will be releasing on his channel in the near future. Top secret 😉. The big drop is scary. I haven't done it yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to either
Oh man, the suspense must be killing you. This year, we had a great year with little snowfall. But waiting for it to go away was torture. I hope you get to work on your trails soon.
@@mtbingadventures1551 Get him to send me some lol. My mill isn't set up at the moment. Had to move it due to bush fire scare and haven't got around to setting it up again. Hopefully over the next few weeks.
Amazed at how much you get done solo plus doing the video as well. I’m living in Iloilo Philippines where they have an active mtb seen but not much in the way of trail building or maintenance. Any thoughts on how to kickstart that would be appreciated. Great guys here btw who are enthusiastic about the sport. Ampingi
It's really tough to get people involved with trail building. Try to get them to help with small projects at first. Sometimes, they get addicted to doing trail work. Maybe even do it while out on a ride. Just tell them you want to make an alternative feature and you need some help. Make it a short project, and then try expanding your recruitment into larger projects. Maybe bring out a few trail beers. Eventually, you'll get a group of builders together, and hopefully, they'll help grow the group. Study some of the areas you ride on Google Earth and try to make a small dream trail plan on paper. Show it to your local ride groups to generate excitement. There's a reason why 90% of the time I'm building trails by myself. It is tough to get people motivated. When you do, it is awesome and well worth the effort. I wish you the best of luck. If I think of something else, I'll share it
Erm, a steel bar sticking up in the vicinity of a drop/landing zone!? No matter what waiver you sign, that's going to burn you if someone lands on it😱 Hopefully just there for the video👍😅 Love the drops and the progression👌
@@mtbingadventures1551 I thought as much. To answer the question 'do I work too much'? All I can say, being a regular vollie on maintenance days, is that you do power through an impressive amount of work over a weekend. Passion project or not, trail building is hard graft so kudos to you👍
I can’t wait to make it back out there again. So much too see and ride 👍
It just keeps getting more and more refined out there! Great work.

Great improvements! Such a cool property! I was very happy to see Jared visit, his channel is great!
Wow, you must've been doing some binge watching. 😆 I'm glad you enjoyed it.
@@mtbingadventures1551 yea, I normally don’t have time but I’ve been sick. Thanks for the great content!

The season of riding has begun, and people have been coming out to ride. Had a great weekend of guests this last weekend

Wow! 1. What's that banging? LOL. 2. That drop looks scary....

Love the process !!! Really waiting for the Volkswagen build !! Keep up great work I’m back at sea so these videos keep me interested and sane 😅
I'm hoping to get to the VW in about a month. I have to get something for it and we need to move it. I'm glad I can help keep your sanity
Fun stuff!
Awesome, thanks for jumping on, and thanks for coming out to Everstoke.
Oh man, I'm jonesing on working on my trails, currently buried under 5' of snow still...keep on living the dream🤙

No such thing as working too much when you're having fun. XD
This is true.
Man that was a solid log! Good wood all the way through. WHat sort of tree was it?
That one was Redwood. I got a guy that can get me some logs.

It's totally there just for the video. It's going to be a flat marker. Something that will be easy to see but won't get in the way.
