    Nice video!
You are talking about a one-to-one lookup, but isn‘t the first one a one-to-many lookup? I don‘t know a way to setup one-to-one lookups in Zoho CRM, there is always a related list where you can connect multiple records.

Hi OwnedStuff! Good catch, you're right that technically the single Lookup fields create one-to-many relationships (ex: many Contacts pointing to one Account).

Hi and thank for your interesting videos
We have set up a "Interlocutor" linking module which ensures the link between the contracts and contact modules
We have a single-choice list of a "role" associated with a contact as well as start and end dates to allow us to track changes in contacts or roles during the contract.
In this spirit and to overcome the limits of contact role management in business, it seems to me that your example of jobs could be adapted to allow associating several contacts with specific roles linked to a deal.
Ideally, would it be possible to group contacts by Deal or Contract in a subform?

Hi Mixxit! Yep, what I show here could definitely be adapted for linking multiple Contacts to a Deal, each with a specific role.
In the related list where they show up, you would be able to sort by any of the parameters stored within your linking module.

Is it normal that I can't create a "multiple lookup field" linking contacts to contacts. For example, I want to link link a mother with her daughter. And of course a mother can have multiple children. How come the contact module seems to be the only one I can't use that field to lookup each other? Or did I miss something?

Hi Pixel! That use-case isn't inherently an issue, as long as you're consistent on how data is entered.
The reason Contacts may not be showing up is that a given module can only be a part of 2 multi-select lookups at the same time. You may have other multi-selects that are already pointing to the Contacts module.
