- Welcome to Kusum Yoga 🙏
Today we will be practicing "Sukhshma Vyayama". In Sanskrit "Sukhshma" means "Micro" and "Vyayama" means "workouts or exercises". There is a large variety of Micro exercises that a person can do before Yoga or any Workout session. But in today's session I have selected only a few and very effective Sukhshma Vyayamas or Micro Exercises which can be followed by any person of any age or fitness status.
These exercises will keep your joints and muscles safe during Yoga, intense stretching and twisting and workout sessions.
In upcoming seasons I will cover rest of the important Micro Exercises.

Thank you Kusum Yoga for sharing Sukhshma Vyayama in one video. This is easy to refer and everything is under one roof. I must say these are very basic warm ups but once you start doing them you will find the difference in your body, Mind, and nature.
