Necrons are indeed hard to stop once they reach tier 2. That’s why you run up in their base early. I was also surprised that the Tau team didn’t spam stealth teams... #necronsarethebest
The hardest thing about playing Tau is keeping the range advantage in my experience. But if you do, there is almost no micro involved as they just shoot everything down by themselves lol.
I actually enjoy Dawn of War 2, but always went back to play Dawn of War 1 when I missed the larger scale base building and combat, as well as the differences.

You need to start a game as admin, the game is old and tries to write (save the profile) into your install location that is protected. Newer games (such as DoW2) use specialized locations for saving progress. (like %appdata% for minecraft :D )
