Definitely make it to crazy house(a must do) while you are in Da Lat. Also, the night market near the Big Lake is awesome. I ate dinner there every night.

They are a Civet (Cat is commonly added but not really a cat ) not weasels.
Their coffee is supposed to be the best because they only select the best berries in the wild.
Often you will hear the term Cat Poo Chino.

Da Lat is well known for its banh xi xiu mai and banh trang nuong (as known as Vietnamese pizza).

Oh they get the coffee bean in a poop so that the taste not bitter isn’t it?
The weasels when they eat the coffee beans choose the non bitter ones, so in doing so the end product is generally not bitter at all as it’s been filtered out
