@@pedrobeckup456 It's when you fight Metal Face just outside of Colony 6, immediately after beating Xord in the Ether Mines. AKA the moment Dunban joins the team.
This song is loved by seemingly the entire fandom. I know Gaur Plains haters, I know You Will Know Our Names haters, and I even know Engage the Enemy haters, but I have never once seen anyone who dislikes this song, and I am no exception. Ostinatos are basically my favourite musical techniques, period. I don't think I've ever heard a song that uses ostinato as well as this single song. To start, a good song like this needs a good rhythm to be used as the ostinato, and oh boy, does this rhythm work. Its incredibly fast-paced, tense and catchy, this 4 second loop of music. It doesn't get old and continues to drive that feeling of an epic battle into the listener. This simple melody is played to perfection on the violin and only accents all the other parts. Speaking of which, the best part of an ostinato-central song is how it remixes and changes the song around the ostinato to constantly stay fresh. There isn't a single time in the song where I feel two of these rhythms feel exactly the same. From the absolutely beautiful piano that opens over the ostinato, to the violin playing the melody. When the piano reclaims it, however, the song becomes absolutely beautiful. The song stays eternally fresh without forsaking its incredible atmosphere. The song always has this semblance of epicness to it. No matter what part of the song is playing, the ostinato rhythm backs it up with this intensity. It adds a sense of grandeur to what would otherwise be a decent song at best. How fast paced it is makes it feel like a war zone, with bombardment from far more than two sides. It sounds like a war between the different parts, the percussion, the ostinato, the violin melody, and the piano melody, as well as others all taking part. It makes the song not only feel epic, but unlike anything you've ever heard. Lots of people complain about how they don't think this song plays enough, but I honestly think that wouldn't make the song as special. Part of what makes it so great is how rare it is to hear, making it all the fresher and more intense in that one unforgettable cutscene.
B-Bum I've been seeing your comments a bunch as I'm relistening to this OST and they're all really great. You can tell you're really passionate about both this game and music!

I feel like this song could be Dunban’s fighting theme. And it’s incredible that… (Spoilers ahead) …he was able to run down a mountain *while it was raining.* Dickson slid down the mountainside, so it must have been slippery. But Dunban charged down the wet mountain _at full speed without slipping once._
Being hellbent on helping his friends and possibly avenging his dead sister, i don't think even thought about the possiblity of slipping. Dickson did call him a beast after all.
