@@aquelarrefox3772 So I’ve just checked the mod list from the run and I had Dynamic traits and expanded moodles, Plain moodles and Schizophrenia trait mod Active. Everything else was related to cars, armour and spawn locations. So it must be one of those

Do you use a medicine mod enable?
Not that I’m aware of. Having the schizophrenic trait mod, adds medicine for that trait. I’m not sure if there is anything else
@@sushijams could you share the moods enable, the overdose doesn't like to come from skyler drug mod. And it's eating my mind

@@sushijams its Dynamic Traits, witch its incompible with some of the mods i use, i will check if its posible to isolate the overdose feature alone
