The BEST cycling based interview ever heard! That is thanks to Remcos frankness and willing to be open, but you have to credit the atmosphere benji and partrick created as well as the intelligence of their questions. Im not even a Remco fan, but this interview was so insightful and interesting. Chapeau.

Yes!!! There's nothing I like more than being put in my place and being demonstrated I was wrong.
Like You said, Remco has that arrogant label but this interview has shown the real him. Talking as much as He wanted. Explaining himself and giving his own opinions. He is a great likeable guy in the short distances and that's what us, fans want to see from pro riders (apart of course from battle and racing).
Thanks to this interview I have now converted myself to a Remco fan 😅.
I hope I see him this winter around Calpe.

First of all, great job landing a superstar like Remco for an interview.
And secondly, I have greatly enjoyed a more humane approach to your interview, it really felt like you have a kindred cycling degenerate in there, not a world class star.
    Once again, great job!

Just got around to watching this interview in Oct 2023. I too thought Remco was arrogant from media reports but started to think they were wrong when i watched the Vuelta and found that Remco's comments/complaints were spot on and made sense to me. This interview confirms that Remco is a decent guy and that the media are misrepresenting him.

Great piece of journalism there guys, congrats! Feels like you got a chance to film a top athlete, analyzed you needed to prepare like hell for all small things and you produced a very informative yet entertaining interview. Unfortunately this gets my hopes up that we will get more sportsshow-like formats like this one. I hope this video goes beyond your expectations and you see the potential in both of you making content together in-person. Imho you really upped your game with this!

I honestly did appreciate his teamwork in this year's RR WC and certainly congratulate his performance in the TT. Super happy to hear about the respect for WVA and other riders. Chapeau!
