It's already been 3 years with my braces. And yeah guys, I hv to put those separaters which causes lot of pain, I can't even eat my wished food like even a piece if chicken. Yesterday I ate a piece of chicken with a thought tht it won't pain since it's a soft food.. But guess wat, I was wrong, and it hurt me more. So now the thing wat I do is... For breakfast I eat bread and milk... Also for afternoon bread and milk... And then night tooo... Bread and milk.. you must have eaten something hard which caused the bracket to move. Keep the bracket secure and take it with you the next time to your orthodontist

@bhatiatentopulse I was taken braces treatment 2020 and stopped wearing retainers after 6 month of my treatment but now again gaps are coming in my teeth so I used my old retainers. I am getting pain in my teeth due to old retainers. What should I do could you please suggest. Any pain killers.
It's possible that the teeth size has changed considerably since you removed braces. Which is why the retainers might be feeling toot tight and be causing pain. It would be best to visit a dentist with the retainers.

It's already been 3 years with my braces. And yeah guys, I hv to put those separaters which causes lot of pain, I can't even eat my wished food like even a piece if chicken. Yesterday I ate a piece of chicken with a thought tht it won't pain since it's a soft food.. But guess wat, I was wrong, and it hurt me more. So now the thing wat I do is... For breakfast I eat bread and milk... Also for afternoon bread and milk... And then night tooo... Bread and milk..
So can you please suggest some food to eat for orthodontic patients, so that we won't be hungry all the time....
