@@Foodie-MS-08th So true! I don't have a single track I dislike, the soundtrack is incredible. Requiem is also high up there, that song always gets me emotional.
For some reason you being willing to be willing to upload yourself figuring it out, and getting stuff wrong, that makes me like your channel a lot more. I've done what you're doing 1000 million times, and seeing you actually do it on YT makes me think you're sincere. Keep on shredding, this song is a banger
When I first listened to Drift the tonal shifts hit me like a Potemkin buster. I usually skip after 'I don't have anything really important to me, that's why everything is beautiful' since it's the best part imo.
I don’t play guitar, but I do something similar with a saxophone and know a couple people who can do the same on guitar. It takes a lot of familiarity with your instrument to know how to play the notes you’re hearing, a very careful ear that can quickly tell which note or chord is being played, and a whole lot of practice. For some people it comes easier to just be able to hear what note is being played and play it, or even harmonize from it, but anyone can achieve the same effect, it’ll just take practice and careful listening.
@@thestormthatisapproaching_ you don't need perfect pitch for that, just need to know your instrument well and have experience with music i can do this with marimba and have nothing close to perfect pitch
Quite a banger! Unless I missed it, I'm surprised you have reacted to Serpent Eating the horizon/ground from bravely default! Such a wild bop with crazy guitar!
As a new viewer to your channel, I'm just amazed at the videos I've seen and how you can play along with them on a first listen. Is there like a "math" to music that lets you predict this stuff? I've always been chronically done deaf, and I just thing what you do is amazing.
Once you understand the basic structure of each key, and their chord progressions, you've got a good base to start learning how to do this. You'll see that even for someone as amazing and experienced as Toxic, there's some guess work involved in the identification, but once you figure out what key something is in, and what chords are being used in each part, you can start to play along, and then change improvise. He just happens to do this much faster having had not only tons of guitar/music experience, but doing this sort of content for his channels regularly. It's "easy" in the sense that to get started there's not a lot you need to study, but just like any skill, practice and mastery require dedication and a lot of work, and what makes feats like this really amazing. But that doesn't mean it's not attainable, even for someone who's relatively tone deaf.
Love the Subhuman Self is possibly one of the best songs on the track along with Armour Clad of Faith and Mirror of the World, fight me.
Just add Drift to that list and it's PERFECT
@@callmeascendant Trust me Drift is up there along with Nago and Ky's theme, it's hard to pick top 3 for this game's track lol

I love every single strive track, so no, i will not fight you
Love the Subhuman Self is the one EVERYONE loves so I'd say it's objectively the best one.

Damn, still remember when I first heard this theme. Replayed it and then increased volume
Can't wait for Drift
Happy Chaos theme is honestly one of the best songs I've ever heard lol

Love how all the thumbnails are just ky in various poses as opposed to having the characters who's themes are in the video.
