Camping - Coolendel, Buangla - Shoalhaven River

Check out what it's like camping at Coolendel in Buangla on the Shoalhaven River. Beautiful and peaceful, perfect for swimming and kayaking.
Plenty of different areas to setup camp. Choose where you want to setup, all sites are off-grid with no power or water. There are amenities with toilets and hot showers. Basic essentials can be purchased from the front office and you can refill your gas bottles.
So much wildlife including wombats, kangaroos, wallabies, bilbies, peacocks and heaps more.
There are firepits scattered around the campgrounds to use. We all loved camping here and the kids loved the experience of building a fire and cooking toasties on the fire.
There is a lot of unsealed road which can get washed away after heavy rain, so check before you go if you are towing a caravan.

@hfjbtn17cf58 hi! Yes there are toilets blocks and warm showers. They are a bit of a walk from the camp sites depending on where you setup (400m or so).
