Wrapping those flares looked like a real PitA, but you got through it and they look really good to me. Also, when in a previous video Riley organized the tools he was gonna take and left the rest behind to save weight, when he dropped the impact driver I likewise said to myself "Riley, NO! You're gonna want that at some point out on the road" and it looked like he hit that point much faster than anyone expected, installing those flares. Well, you don't know what you want or need until you actually want or need it, so I spose that is one of the learning curves we all go through eventually. I certainly did, which is why I carry my impact with me in whatever vehicle I'm in, as I've missed it too many times when I did not bring it along.
I wasn't optimistic going into it but they turned out great! I think the impact falls more into the "want" category vs "need". We were able to make do with our hand tools, it just took a little bit longer!
fun, I like the flared fender adapters, MRS. Courtney you do some amazing work, so do you MR. Riley, amazing, work safely at all times. Prayer always makes for a better day.
Love the new trim pieces over the wheels. Wrapping them turned out well even without all the right tools. Courtney, you need to carry a slim folding step stool. Standing on a folding chair is a recipe for disaster! Happy trails to you.
Love the videos. I used that two side Velcro strap (Home Depot) for my television. Just routed it behind the mount where it affixes to the wall, and it works perfect. In my RV, two side Velcro strap is a must.
I am so stoked to see this video! I was living in Sandpoint and just left a week ago to go and build my off grid mobile home just like how you guys built yours!! I hope to run into you guys on the road one day! Sending all of the love
I am so impressed your camper build, it has inspired me to design my own I will use your exterior wall idea For my build. That you for shared your build and adventures. I have wanted to move to Idaho for years. Not a far jump from eastern Washington.
Oh Courtney, please tell me that the Insta Pot was empty. That snap lock on the bathroom is ingenious, especially for the prankster that locks the other one in to where she can't get out.........
Yes luckily it was empty!! That is hilarious, we had never considered that... I get quite mischievous after a few beers so that will make for a good video 😂
Oi Amigos, vejo que o o uso diário de um camper, mostra que temos que estar atentos a ajustes ,ex. Travamento da TV e porta do banheiro. Os alargados de para lama, foi um capricho a parte, fazer o envelopamento na cor do veículo. Sucesso no Canal 😀🇧🇷
Oh, Reilly, again with the Instant Pot!? Courtney should start a channel for the dogs called “Ambitious Sticks”!! Another enjoyable video, thanks again for sharing!!!
I've never seen dogs trained to gather firewood before. Who'd a thunk it? ... Younger relatives have had enough of Oregon politics and violence along the I-5 corridor and are moving to northern Idaho where sanity still prevails.
Hey I know those windows are pricey, cant you put clear vinyl on them? That way when you scratch them you just replace the vinyl kinda like phone screen protectors
Thanks for the tip! I purchased the cleaning/buffing products recommended by the window manufacturer but it's nice to know there is a locally stocked alternative.
@@AmbitionStrikes I should have said that I use it to clean the wind screen on my motorcycles and for the hatches on my boats. There is also a product called Plexis that was developed for helicopter bubbles and it is even better. In any case you guys have a great Tube channel and great projects.
I might of missed this info but, may I ask where you got your fender flares? Brand? And what the year model of your truck is? I absolutely love y'alls content! Keep up the rad work! 🤙
The fender flares are Bushwacker Extend a Fender. There's a link in the video description to Amazon for them. The truck is a 2015 Ram 3500. Thanks for watching! We're glad you enjoy the videos.
I think it will hold up decently well, and the cool thing is that they can always be re-wrapped! We have quite a bit of extra vinyl at home for that reason.
There actually are a few very strong magnets on the door! But during driving it will still swing open occasionally. I would say if the door gets snapped while using the bathroom then either 1) Courtney had a couple beers and is feeling mischievous, she will eventually let Riley back out 2) Riley didn't realize Courtney was in the bathroom, so she will yell at him and he will unsnap it
@@AmbitionStrikes Or, 3) The dogs use it as a chew toy and the frosted glass becomes mute. LOL Heck, you could make a second episode on the snap latch!
Can you format the auto captioning into closed captioning on your previous video? (I realised you got a lots). Also, why no mudflap? that'd protect the vinyl and truck well.
It is very time consuming to add captions, but I do my best to add them when I have some free time! The underbody boxes seem to do a great job of protecting the rear, but I supposed we could add something to the front should we feel like we need more protection.
@@AmbitionStrikes I figure it is time consuming and I'm glad you got it running in the recent adventure! plus you're going to embark in the biggest project to date so I can understand it's not feasible to eat dust all day and format caption all night. Thank for replying thought!
omg courtney! do you have anyone in your bloodline that i can marry? anyone with your talent ( preferably with a little vinyl wrapping know-how as well). and ill take a puppy that likes gathering firewood!
If you have the time I'd be interested in knowing what you used to polish the scratches out of your windows. We just got a nucamprv.com/cirrus-820/ and I've already managed to scratch two windows.
Good effort wrapping the new wheel arches, especially outside. Its going to look sweet when the bigger wheels are fitted 👍👍👍👍
Thank you! We are SO excited to get the tires and wheels on.

Can't wait to see the big tires

@@AmbitionStrikes you guys going to do some tougher trails to really go off the beaten path?
Nice! I used to live in Sandpoint, moved back to Colorado two years ago but it is an awesome place.

Great video, can't wait to see the wheels and tires mounted on the truck. Thanks from David and Tammy in Florida.

Looks so nice with the new fender flares. Good job guys.

That is an excellent idea! The folding chair was certainly less than ideal.
That being a new age truck you could install those fancy LED light bulbs that burn cool and are super bright at night
We are really looking forward to getting all of our lighting installed in the bumper!
I absolutely love that you two perform 23.5% of your installs in parking lots. Keep on!
Better than working in the dirt! 😉
We just drove through Sandpoint on our way home to Montana!

Boy Riley you really having problems with that pot.😂 Nice flares can't wait for the tires and wheels. 😁
It has become a daily battle around here... 😂 Spoiler- we installed the tires yesterday and they look SOOOO good!

Next time put a handwarmer in a sock, then slowly smooth the wrap into place with the use of the hair dryer

The bigger the stick the better. Our 2 dogs use to get on the same stick and pull. Also, that long stick can take you out. Wonder how we know that?
You guys are awesome 👍

Thanks Richard! We really appreciate your support of our channel.
Bruh, you and the instant pot got beef ? 😂😂😂😂 every episode something happens to that appliance 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m surprised it’s still functional... 😂
The video is too short! :)
I wonder if there is some kind of clear film you could put over the window glass to prevent scratches?
That is a very interesting idea that I am going to have to look into!
Riley’s weekly adventures/battles with with the insta-pot😂😂😂
But who is going to win? 😂
Hey I know those windows are pricey, cant you put clear vinyl on them? That way when you scratch them you just replace the vinyl kinda like phone screen protectors

Riley, you better be careful since you added the strap to the bathroom, now Courtney can lock you in.
Shhh don't tell him my plan... 😉
A Dyson blow-dryer!?! Did you win the lottery?
With a head of hair as thick as mine the cost analysis deemed the rapid decrease in dry time worth it. 😉
