Broccoli and Sausage Pasta with Parmesan

🔹 180 g (6.35 oz) pasta
🔹 5 pork sausages
🔹 1 broccoli
🔹 1 shallot
🔹 leek
🔹 3 cloves of garlic
🔹 olive oil
🔹 150 ml (5.3 fl oz) dry white wine
🔹 100 g (3.5 oz) parmesan
🔹 2 pinches of paprika flakes
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 salt
