I didn't think as a 39 year old man that I would be weeping at my kitchen counter listening to a version of a song I have heard so many times over the course of my life from a band that I love. Something about this whole project that Riot Earth has created has left me with all kinds of emotions that I cannot fully explain or comprehend. I know inside that there will never be new Nirvana music and everything that Kurt gave to the world is frozen in time. even though I have heard every Nirvana song ever made 1,000 times, hearing all these songs that Riot Earth have put together has tricked my mind into thinking these recordings are just part of a lost collection that has recently been unearthed. This probably all sounds crazy but I just can't find the words for how this project has made me feel after listening to it. It's like a roller coaster of emotions for me and I just want to say thank you for sharing your artistic talent and love for Nirvana.
