BSP-Tarlac Council opens its 44th Council Scout Jamboree with a bang.

Tarlac City Council, the No. 1 BSP Council in Central Luzon in terms of membershi, celebrates Scouting with a face-to-face Jamboree after lying low on some outdoor activities during the pandemic. At least 3K Scouts, coming from different areas in Tarlac join the event.
