that means the same - i love you. Russian is very flexible language and we can put words in any order to say the same. For example: Я люблю тебя. Я тебя люблю. Люблю тебя я. There is a little difference when we want to emphasize a certain word in a sentence. "VAS" - is just plural form like "you" ( English doesn't have a single form of "you").

How you can see, many words in this sentence have the end "АЯ". One more example: Она красивАЯ, божественнАЯ, обоятельнАЯ, образованнАЯ, умнАЯ and so on. But "He" will have others ends.
