PTX is the most successful acapella group in the world and a few of the reasons are worth noting. Five incredible voices, enormous musical talent of course; any one could front their own group but it works because they are such generous people who love each other and what they do. There's no arguing behind the scenes or internal competition. Part of that is because three of them grew up together singing in kids musicals and high school choir. Features and solos are shared around, but they always put together an arrangement that brings the best voices to play for each number. So while Scott does a lot of the lead parts so does everyone else (except Kevin who is usually needed for the beat). And then they have an amazing work ethic and are perfectionists, everything they do is creative and fully thought out and they commit to the execution.

Great reaction!! FYI, Pentatonix is THE a capella group. There is no battle, one isn't needed. Pentatonix' success is what allowed all the other A capella groups to even be known by the masses. Had Pentatonix not existed, Home Free and most of the other popular a capella groups now literally wouldn't have had a platform (The Sing Off's 4th Season wouldn't have happened). PTX have been popular since 2011. I'm sure other fans have given you more stats. Can't wait for more!!

You can see them do this live on their Christmas Special to verify that they aren’t remixed and autotuned, etc. Reacting to this group is a great way to build subscribers since Pentaholics love to watch new people discover this amazing group of young people. Daft Punk was their first Grammy. I’ve told my family that I want them to play Pentatonic’s Amazing Grace at my funeral rather than find a bagpipe. If it's a capella you're hungry for, don't sleep on Voiceplay. Every single song is spectacular, and their bass (Geoff Castalucci) has the most buttery low voice I've ever heard.

am so glad that you liked this video. It is a great introduction to PTX (Pentatonix). If you wish to continue down the PTX rabbit hole, then I have a few suggestions. Many people have many favorites in many different categories. "Daft Punk", "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy" and "Jolene" are the three songs they won Grammys for. For covers try "any of their Evolution series, "Mad World," (Tears for Fears), and "Imagine" (John Lennon). For original pieces I recommend "Coffee in Bed", "Sing", "Happy Now", or "Love Again". Oh and just so you don't get confused on future reactions, there has only been one member change in the 10 years they have been together.
Your expressions are unparalleled, I’ve never seen so many Mitch Faces on the same face! Be careful though, if you start on PTX you may get too many subs, like me. PTX is the most successful acapella group in the world and a few of the reasons are worth noting. Five incredible voices, enormous musical talent of course; any one could front their own group but it works because they are such generous people who love each other and what they do. There's no arguing behind the scenes or internal competition. Part of that is because three of them grew up together singing in kids musicals and high school choir.
Features and solos are shared around, but they always put together an arrangement that brings the best voices to play for each number. So while Scott does a lot of the lead parts so does everyone else (except Kevin who is usually needed for the beat). And then they have an amazing work ethic and are perfectionists, everything they do is creative and fully thought out and they commit to the execution.

Great reaction!! FYI, Pentatonix is THE a capella group. There is no battle, one isn't needed. Pentatonix' success is what allowed all the other A capella groups to even be known by the masses. Had Pentatonix not existed, Home Free and most of the other popular a capella groups now literally wouldn't have had a platform (The Sing Off's 4th Season wouldn't have happened). PTX have been popular since 2011. I'm sure other fans have given you more stats. Can't wait for more!!

You can see them do this live on their Christmas Special to verify that they aren’t remixed and autotuned, etc. Reacting to this group is a great way to build subscribers since Pentaholics love to watch new people discover this amazing group of young people. Daft Punk was their first Grammy. I’ve told my family that I want them to play Pentatonic’s Amazing Grace at my funeral rather than find a bagpipe. You absolutely must react to their "Amazing Grace" It is a spiritual experience. There was a change in members between Hallelujah and Amazing Grace. The bass in the group, Avi (guy with the beanie and beard) left the group and Matt joined (more diversity, yay).
If it's a capella you're hungry for, don't sleep on Voiceplay. Every single song is spectacular, and their bass (Geoff Castalucci) has the most buttery low voice I've ever heard.

am so glad that you liked this video. It is a great introduction to PTX (Pentatonix). If you wish to continue down the PTX rabbit hole, then I have a few suggestions. Many people have many favorites in many different categories. "Daft Punk", "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy" and "Jolene" are the three songs they won Grammys for. For covers try "any of their Evolution series, "Mad World," (Tears for Fears), and "Imagine" (John Lennon). For original pieces I recommend "Coffee in Bed", "Sing", "Happy Now", or "Love Again". Oh and just so you don't get confused on future reactions, there has only been one member change in the 10 years they have been together.
Your expressions are unparalleled, I’ve never seen so many Mitch Faces on the same face! Be careful though, if you start on PTX you may get too many subs, like me. They do covers which are almost always better than the originals and they do originals.
