I think the bumpers increase the weight and the power used to keep the drone in the air. That could explain the extra whining. Looks beautifull over there! We don't have that over here.
Great little flight with Neo - haven’t decided if want to add it to my “arsenal”, but for the price. - why not? Haha. I have enjoyed your videos for several years. It appears to me that you fly out of St George?? Or someplace close. Can you say where this flight is. I have flown out of St George and Cedar City areas.
Lovely flight as always , lovely location that! Wow that’s incredible you could still hear it over 1000ft away haha! Next video can it fly like an avata 👍
I have the neo and the mini 3, I use the Neo for automatic mode (easy to carry in the backpack) and the mini 3 for the wider range, never tried a long range fly with the Neo, should try that when it’s not too windy….thanks for sharing, nice location !

I bought my fiancée a Neo would you recommend getting her the remote, she is restricted in the altitude to 100 ft using the phone app as control, and I checked the Neo manual online and you can unlock it to 2000 ft with the remote but you have to have DJI send you a text code but once it is unlocked it stays unlocked.

@rubengarciajr7560 I agree with you. The point is the region I live has some mountains around, that easily go more than 120 mts. Would be nice flying like, 20 mts above the ground, following the mountains surface, but able to go higher than 120 mts than the take off point.
Sounds like the microphone is in your mouth. We can hear every breath you take and every spit noise in your mouth. Either that or you were eating and running at the same time.
The whine is great for following me on the bike, it lets you know its still flying.
You always seem so chill. With the weather you get and the amazing places to fly I can see why.
@@GadgetInspector you have to be chill, makes flying more relaxing. 😎
You are pretty chill yourself Mr Gadget. Always liked your channel. You’re one of my favorites for sure going way back.
Thanks this sold me on not listening to all the reviews that trash this drone

Don't have the mini, but love my Neo
Get those heavy bumpers off 😂

Where did you get those black bumpers you have around your Neo?
Can you leave a link for it or make a video pls?

Thanks
I hope sooner there will be tricks to set Neo's altitude to go higher same as the mini's

@DadRandom is it ok even the object or person was moving?
Its faster than the mavic 3 😂 thanks for sharing 😁👌👍 🇬🇧
holup... you got it going 50 MPH in Sport mode with the RC-N3? That's insane for that little thing.
Wow you from arizona sir?
Awesome video it’s loud

@@thedivinityman yes, the n3 controller is a nice thing to have. Also a n2 will work.
@DadRandom thank you
Something wrong with your readout 50mph is impossible with that controller.

Is it possible to fly to the highest point, then reset "Home" point and go 400" higher ?
you have to land it and then take off, very risky.
Can u recall drone if u lose site of it..
50 mph how? I ordered mine
Can you record audio with the Fly app if you have the controller conneted?
Yeah I agree it would be nice to get some more altitude. Do you think there's absolutely no way around that?
@@tylerswhorkshoppe8799 maybe? It’s quite able to deal with 6-700 feet As long as you are AGL it would help pilots for sure fly tall objects.
Showed 393 feet maximum, that's 120 metres and the highest we are allowed to fly where i am. So it must be locked to that height. Awesome scenery.
It can fly higher, you just have to hike up higher for takeoff 😅
@@Seattle808 : That is logic, as Mr. Spock would say. 😊

How do you go so fast? Neo official top speed with normal controller in sport mode is 8 m/s or 17.8mph, and in manual mode 16 m/s or 35.7mph
