Hello from Canada. I was on a 14 day motorcycle ride around Ireland in 2018. And rode the Atlantic drive and spent a entire day on Achill Island. Rode up to the top of Minaun Heights, and what a view. It was such a great day and I will always remember it as I had my Gopro camera running for most of my trip. Awesome video, brings back many memories.
Rode along this road in 2005, only difference then, it was howling a gale. My maiden Road Trip, Paris to Belfast and back. Memories by the bucket, found a hotel here in Achill, a restaurant too, some Guinness and a nice warm bed, does it get better than that.Nope, happy days, no navi, just an atlas. If you get lost or need help, plenty of friendly locals to ask. AND, not once did I drive on a Motorway, for three whole weeks. Happy Days indeed.
Very nice video of a lovely part of Ireland. One criticism though is you drive too fast when passing the sheep at the side of the road. They won't always run away, they can easily run onto the road in front of you.
The food is very tasty too. Ask the locals where is the best place to eat. Someone in a local shop will know. Friendly people. It's busy and lively in summer, Easter, Christmas and St Patrick's Day and a few other times. Otherwise it's very calming and relaxing. Holiday homes up on the hill above Keel have fantastic views, but there are many places in this island with holiday homes with amazing views.

Thank you for this journey-it's just wonderful-well done!
Great video. I was there on a monstrously windy day this past May. And I really took my time.
