It's the voice. UH's hypnotic voice has become an automatic trigger for me (it actually might be a bad idea to use that voice during an ad read 😅).

I don't know when in the video I fully fell asleep but I woke up being off of my pillows and felt amazing
@ultra I read that breathing in twice, exhaling once calms down your brain within minutes. Another trick is looking at one object while concentrating on what you perceive in your peripheral vision without changing focus. Just wanted to let you know, because I am quite curious about whether this also might be helpful hypnosis tricks
This one worked so good that it built up a feeling of dropping in me. The only reason. I didn't finish it was cause I stopped swallowing my saliva. But overall 10/10 would reccomend
