You mean, it looks like they were into the Y2K aesthetic while it was in full Bloom, made this, as perfect example of the whole movement and a product of their time.
_What in the trippy fuck did I just witness?_ Like, the music is slappin' mostly, but everything else is on LSD. Also, I can never understand how some Japanese titles can have very prominent English vocabulary, like in the environment for example, but then still be consistently in Japanese characters. Do they just give up on translation part of the way through or what?
it's called "loan words", words borrowed from other languages. They can be used for a number of reasons like it's simpler to refer to something by a common word, or because it's for emphasizing key phrases or that something is foreign kinda.
i only know this game because of the album it ties into. very unique stuff, and to say the album is underrated is an understatement.
To say that No Thank You is underrated is an understatement as well ;)
@@CutShadows AGREED
This entire game feels like a massive fever dream
This game so damm stylish.
Looks like a late 90s/ early 00s music video.
Wouldn't be out of place as a Björk music video.
This is my favorite thing ever now. I want to be this game.
it's like they went into 2020 to study the y2k aesthetic then went back in time to make this
You mean, it looks like they were into the Y2K aesthetic while it was in full Bloom, made this, as perfect example of the whole movement and a product of their time.
yeah 2020 y2k aesthetic doesn't compare to the real times where this was in full boom
You’re not gonna believe what time period the y2k aesthetic is based on, and you’re also not gonna believe when this game came out
This is the worst comment of all time
This game really looks like it was made by aliens
Super cool! Music is great, Dob are so underrated.
When you're told to take 5.0 mg, but you take 50

Does anyone know where I can get the ISO for the game? I've been looking everywhere for it but to no avail, really wanna try this one out!

10:35 Hmmm... this sound effect sounds familiar.
I thought the exact same thing! A similar sound effect is used in Vib Ribbon
it’s definitely a big arcade/bowling alley favorite
@@e.e.mccutcheon979not even similar, it’s definitely the exact same sound used for when a stage starts lol

Cool…
I dont get it. His head got have letters like dob. D o b means dob to me
DOB stands for Date of Birth, the name of the band who made this game. The "b" on his head is supposed to resemble a pair of headphones.
So many stock effects...
who gives a shit
more like "planet DAB"
Awwww, I wanted to say that joke

This isn't gaming. This is when gaming died. The shite end of the 90s.
