@@natachaoceane Fitness definitely is a good basis. BUT there is also some talent while others take much longer to get the techniques right at even younger age you were a fast learner and that is very helpful in any sport. And in my opinion that is a gift you either have or you do not.the details then are the hard work. Just remember how fast the other two were in that one leg raise. You got it right how to move but the speed is the type of training for the muscles they did plus some genetics because fast twitch fibres are individually different between people in amount by birth and people long thought that the slow ones cannot be converted into fast ones which was proven wrong during the pademic so this is fresh news and hope for some people.

I loved Ana and Faith, they’re both such a joy to watch! I also love the fact that they are both so graceful and feminine and that they are expressing that side of their personality on their social media but at the same time are not afraid to be the toughest, most intimidating fighters there are 😂 this says a lot about 1) how silly it is to try and make people fit into boxes, and 2) how hard-wired it is for us in this society to judge people by their looks and then be surprised when we see that stereotypes are just meaningless. What a lesson ❣️🔥

I love that you do these. It can be intimidating to see you training and thinking you are just naturally amazing at everything, and clearly all of your training makes you more capable of doing these cross training sessions, but seeing you struggle some, makes me remember that it ALL takes a ton of hard work, and natural ability is a tiny portion of success. So thank you for being willing to not look like an expert at everything and laughing at yourself. You are truly inspiring!

You're one of my favourite UA-camrs, I've been following you for years and you never disappoint: you're always so genuine and creative, i love your approach to fitness and food (also because it helped me with my anorexia). I really can't put into words how much I wish to meet you to give you a huge hug and to thank you for all you're done for me without even knowing it. Thank you Natacha, you're such a gift and a good energy! Love ya 🥺🥺❤️

But this taekwondo adventure, as a former martial artist (karate) made me absolutely adore you! You jumped into this in such high spirit with an unerasable smile and take instructions so well. I saw a lot of beginners in several areas but you are the best I encountered (although digital). More of these please 😍

i think the last part of the video is so interesting -- how the strength and conditioning training is different based on athletic goals. its refreshing to see sports training where you train to have certain athletic capabilities (speed, power, agility while kicking) rather than a certain body aesthetic or simply being able to lift heavy

honestly I've noticed such a pattern that the people who tend to be the record breakers and world champions are the most humble of the athletes I meet and really have an amazing perspective. instead of arrogance which might come from doing ridiculous things, there's a deep love for the sport and for wanting to be a part of something bigger and it's so inspiring 👏

This was SO MUCH FUN to watch!! I love that you continue to show yourself trying things out that you're not an expert in (though of course it's intimidating that you're so diversely athletic)... God now I can't wait to try something new and trust the strength I have rather than skip it because I'll be "bad" at it!
