BGca110a coupon was good for $20 off. Total (after coupon) was $76.42 shipping to Florida. Can’t wait. I’m headed to a job interview next month, to lead the restoration of a real P-47. Pulling this mini warbird out of my duffel oughta tickle their fancy 😅
BG has been pretty good about shipping times lately, but this is a new release. As long as it’s in their warehouse, it’ll come in time! Sounds like an awesome job, and I hope you get it!! 👍😎❤️💯⚓️
Got mine yesterday. Flew it today. Unreal fun for the money. Zero issues so far. There is even an automatic take off function. Tried everything but that. Anywhere from 8-18 minutes flight time depending on wild or mild before the TX warning beep. That 18 minutes blew me away on a 1S 400 ma battery. Flew it at a grass parking lot a tad smaller than a football field. Shipped out of California via FedEx. Arrived in 6 days. Will order another. Flipping a coin between the Corsair or Spitfire.
Ok, I bought this to try because of this video, here is the honest pro and con and I see it! I be happy! happy to have RcSaylor or anyone who have use this to agree or disagree with my founding. Positive first! This plane is truely easy to fly, The price is very good consider a better build rc probably will run you $300+ and might or might not need to register with the future 250g weight issue! The plane is pretty good looking consider it is just lightweight foam! the gyro system work really well! I am pleasantly surprise! anyone who have play with rc car should be able to fly this and come back one piece in open field! The flight time is quite long 10+min and I will suggest you fly as long as possible because of the con which I explain later! Con! For $80-$100, I personally think it will only last about 5-10 flight no matter if you are a beginner or rc flyer GOD, the reason is all related! there is simply no way you can land this plane without crashing and nose over(concrete/grass/whatever)! everytime you crash(land) the prop/carrier will 100% pop off which is fine! but the plastic hub is very fragile and it WILL crack after a few landing!(maybe that's why they give you a spare plus 3x prop :P! but buy a few more hub if can purchase seperate from prop! the second con and more serious issue which is related is not only will the prop fly off, the front/motor will take a hit everytime you land! you will found the front area foam will start to split and the motor start moving backward! you can extend the life with a bit of creative work with glue and tape! it is what it is for a low/cheap plane but one that fly well when it is still in good shape! May I suggest they come up with a foldable prop for actual use and the nice cool looking one for display perhaps? I be happy to hear from your experience with this plane!!
I wish you wouldve used the 3-blade rotor !!! The two blades reminds me too much of a toy. I cant wait to get me this model!! after losing my first two
It was a bubble canopy it was not a razor back, the razor back had a bird cage canopy , i have this one it has small ailerons i does not bank as good as the ones with a larger control surface so far the fulka wolf 190 is the best then the corsair and then the spit 😉
@@meshall9586Which Radiomaster? TX16S MKII V4.0 seems popular, but I get lost when figuring out between ELRS, 4 in 1, etc. Every bit of that confuses me. Great. I love the warbirds but it would be nice to see a scale micro sailplane motorised glider rtf by either eachine or volantex. Keep up the good work guys.
Nate I digress, went 2 Bangood an saw a pic. In reviews of plane in foam ""box " , A flyer could make that work carry in car!!!. I like p47's fly well no matter size
Glad to say I’m happy to have found your review and I had already bought one or I would have bought through your link but very helpful thank you so cool
Dude I love the channel you and Abby are the best I have most of them and they are awesome really great flying planes I always what I love how you and your wife are best friends you guys are Awesome.
They have already been popular for a few years and are still going strong! Just remember, before RID, it was a different “flavor” and after this all settles down, it’ll be something else. I’ve learned to live and live today because tomorrow is never guaranteed! 👍❤️💯😎⚓️
It's the P-47D, I think. It's not the Razor Back. It's this: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/07/P47_Thunderbolt_-_Chino_2014_%28cropped%29.jpg/450px-P47_Thunderbolt_-_Chino_2014_%28cropped%29.jpg
Which makes more fun? The mini spitfire or the big spitfire from dynam? My worries is, that i cant repair the small one. I cant change the engine etc...
If you see this i was wondering if you could do a video on the Ironquad p-51‘s? They are 450mm so slightly bigger then my rage rc’s and are a little better at highspeed and landing and they fight the wind a little better. The bigger size also helps with seeing the thing at distance.
I flew mine today! I think it's just too fast for an old man like me. Since it's so small I had to keep it pretty close and low in order to see it and not lose orientation, but flying it that close and low was just too much visually. I was only at about half throttle but it was just too fast for me!
I'd also like to know which you think is better, Volantex or eachines. They seem very similar to me but you have the experience with them. If they are the same, I guess it comes down to price. Any September codes for either?
Sorry to ask again. Looking for simple to fly military helicopter for friends b-day. Would ya help ? Have just a week left. What sites do you come across these ? Dont mean to bother ya , asked for help last week. But this is a dear friend ! Thnx.
I looked at it and it was $79.99 +shipping and it came out at $84.58. I used your coupon and the price went to $94.38 with $20 off so $74.38.............Banggood makes no sense!!! But thanks for the video and the coupon. I'm not getting it. I did get the volantex corsair you recommended with your coupon a while back.
Haha, I’m glad you at least like it!! 😁 Yeah that is so weird about their coupon codes increasing the price to decrease it, but at least it’s still actually cheaper with the code, haha 😂😂 We try!! Thanks a lot for watching and being awesome 👍😎⚓️
@@TheRcSaylors At $75 it's still a good price. It's just strange the price went up $10 with a $20 coupon. A friend has one too and I've seen his bounce 4 feet off the ground unharmed!
Nate, Nate, Nate. Can't believe you still haven't figured out the aerobatics button after all the mini warbirds you've reviewed. I know you're a man but if you don't get it, read the instructions or let Abby do it. 😉 Well done on mentioning that you need enough throttle for the plane to execute the manoeuvre properly though. 🙂🙃🙂👍This new 400mm P-47 has been a long time coming since Eachine released that bigger (500mm?) Razorback stinker. Looks like this one flies sweet. ✈👌 Not a given though! Glad you gave it some air time so we could all see. Would be interesting to see a video comparison of the recent Top RC Hobby 402mm P-47 and this Volantex one? I have all the Eachine/Sonik/Volantex mini warbirds up to and including the Zero. That's your fault! 😆Only one I've been disappointed with so far is the Top RC Hobby 402mm FW190. Think it's heavier and the COG is far off ideal for balanced flight so it drops its nose much more when coming off the power. Perhaps you could do a follow up video on the FW190, as I think the original video was in very windy conditions and difficult to judge its flight? Your channel and these mini warbirds are a true Godsend for getting young and old into the RC hobby. All the best from the UK.
I thought the same thing about the stunt button considering how much he claims to love these mini warbirds. I fly mine every other day. They are great.
I was wondering why Volantex version of these mini series just slightly want to climb up😅 as i let the sticks to fly them straight, even when using half throttle.. but i see the Eachine version of these minis are flying straight.. so, i wonder how... because the gearbox engine system are the same
So i have realized that they actually have some metal in them to adjust their Centre of gravity. They are kind of glued in the centre of the foam. Due to how cheaply mass produced these things are, the workmanship is quite variable resulting in the same plane having different flight characteristics, you can either trim or balance CG with additional weight. I have a few of them and they often fly ever so slighty different. Its very obvious if you turn off stabilization.
Why is there no mode where there are full controls WITH gyro? Why does it have to be limited angle with gyro on or none at all? Should have kept it like e-flite. 😭
Think along the lines of “Breaking the internet”. The gist being the flavor of the month, or anything frequently dominating the conversation around the water cooler… including my comment, and yours 😁
Listen to your wife! You are preventing the aerobatic function from working by going click click click!!! Click ONCE then elevator or aileron. You clicked like it was a pinball machine with the P39. Once! Only once! Once only! Once!
@@TheRcSaylors I don't know how it actually works, but it works "as if" the button disables the gyro for a short period of time - say 3 seconds. So 1 click of the button then full up elevator. It starts a loop , during which the gyro re-activates so the loop is completed in horizontal flight under gyro control. Same with the ailerons. The button gives you time to start a roll - but then re-engages part way through resulting in the completion of the roll with the wings level under gyro control. I think there is nothing more to it than that. A second click in quick succession may cancel the disabling of the gyro. Also, next time you fly an Eachine warbird, give full down trim before trying "expert mode". Works for me on both my P51 and T28. Full down trim is not enough - you will still have apply some down elevator to keep it in level flight - but both of mine will fly under control - with full down trim. It will still _FLY_ fine with the gyro and full down trim - because the gyro simply offsets the down trim, keeping the aircraft level. But its totally different to _launch_ with full down trim. Even with gyro, it will simply fly into the ground unless a heap of up elevator is applied until the model is up to speed. I think that "out of the box" they are trimmed "up" so they climb away at launch, with the gyro offsetting that in normal flight. This gives a safe launch for a beginner. But this leaves them substantially out of trim in expert mode, as the down elevator being applied by the gyro is suddenly removed, causing chaos!
I got both the p51 and the f-22 raptor and they broke before I even got to take them outside( I had been saving up for a total of 3 months to get both of these )
@@TheRcSaylors don't know. I don't see where you enter the code. Anyway, no matter. I ordered the Eachine E-120 helicopter from Bangggood two months ago and got it a few days ago. Box was smashed and the rotors were damaged. Fortunately, I was able to fix them (Yes, the chopper flies as good as you showed and I am pleased with it) but it seems the same 'copter could have been bought from Amazon (Canadian equivalent) for less money. Unfortunately, I was too stupid to check that first. I would have saved time (Amazon would have delivered it in a week) and money ($20 cheaper). Banggood does a terrible job of shipping. They just took the product box (which was fairly weak) and just put it in a plastic bag which provided no strength and resulted in a crushed box that I had to toss. I had to make my own box for storage. Their customer service is terrible too. I tried to show them pictures and send feedback but I was unable to. I won't buy from them again. I hope in the future you will show other places to buy the same product from. I'd post the relevant links here but BoobTube here won't let me.
I’m sorry to hear that Jim! Truly. When our boxes come mangled, we usually show them so people can see if it was poorly shipped. Maybe you got a UPS delivery during their strike!? 😅 Only slightly joking about that. Happy Flying my friend! 👍😎💯⚓️
What a nightmare!!!! I tried to order the plane, went to Bangood filled the form with your code. They had my account info but declined my payment on a card I just successfully used 1 hour ago. That's when the nightmare started. They sent me 15 emails saying my payment was declined and I COULDN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE. COULDN'T CHAT OR PHONE THEM AND JUST GAVE UP,!!!! NEVER AGAIN. WILL NEVER USE BANGOOD AGAIN, NEVER!!!! I'm so disgusted I may give up the whole RC hobby
I’d never used them before. I’m also fairly primitive when attempting these hit or miss Ali-Bang-Guang type Chyna app stores, and typically shy away for that reason. Maybe I got lucky, but would NEVER let that make me quit something I love doing.
Can't let one bad experience get you down, trust me I do feel your frustration though, I went through something similar with Motion RC, I still haven't received the props I ordered 4- 5 months ago lol
you'll pay more but you get better quality planes I've had good luck with both Tower Hobbies and Horizon Hobby. I got the volantex corsair a while back and it's really a toy plane but it's fun and durable.
Appreciate all the super positive replies to 8533 here guys! Banggood is generally much better than Ali, Wish, and starting to beat out Motion believe it or not! But yeah Horizon tends to lead the race here for speed, customer support etc. however if you still don’t feel comfortable using them with your card, I Highly recommend buying a “charged” Visa from Walmart or something. Just add the moolah to it and use that card for this type of order! Boom! Happy RCing everyone 👍💯😎⚓️
@@TheRcSaylors Well, Horizon claimed my May 29th ‘Slow Ultra Stick’ order would ship in early July, 2023. As of last week that was revised to FEBRUARY 15, 2024 !!!
I can understand this pov, however, these small planes are very twitchy in manual mode. There is absolutely zero gyro assist in expert mode, not even as3x, so even a slight gust will throw it off course. Also, some of the stock radios don't remember trim settings after the transmitter gets powered off. So you have to fly, trim, land, manually adjust the control rods to roughly match the trim corrections, fly to check if it's better, repeat till achieving neutral flight in manual mode.
got one for Christmas three flights 3 broken plrops and not only that the plastic fixture that you snapped the props into snapped and the motor is like shoved back and add an angle now. the plane just rolls over and dives after it makes it about 10 feet into the air every time maybe the quality dropped significantly but these are garbage I am so disappointed
This is a beginner plane just to get into rc flying. This is a sign you shouldn’t buy an expensive one because it will break way easier than this one. This is a slow flying and fairly durable unit so you should be ashamed about breaking it three times lol
@@FishingFosterr exactly thats why it is such a waste of of money. its was almost like it was programmed to bank left and dive after getting ten feet up. But I’ve seen a tun of reviews and it works great for them so I’m really thinking i just got a dud.

Great. I love the warbirds but it would be nice to see a scale micro sailplane motorised glider rtf by either eachine or volantex. Keep up the good work guys.

I was trying to find a review on this not that long ago thanks for doing one
It’s a pretty new release! Belongs in anyone’s collection that loves these mini warbirds 👍😎💯⚓️
I fly this plane too and love it this is best for beginner flyers 👌👌👌
It's in my cart!!😊😊
Happy Flying!! 👍💯😎⚓️
Have fun 👍 😁 😂
Nate I digress, went 2 Bangood an saw a pic. In reviews of plane in foam
""box " , A flyer could make that work carry in car!!!. I like p47's fly well no matter size
The 500mm P47 did not have the V761 protocol receiver used in the 400mm warbirds.
Mine just arrived, haven’t flown it yet but it sure looks good! Had a bit of a problem getting the battery into the provided space.
I like how there’s a pilot inside it, I wanna get one 😊
I've named the pilot Major Flathead because he's two dimensional. 😉
Thanks for a great video!
Just ordered one again lol. 75 bucks. Thanks guys. Now I have way too many.

I'm kind of thinking these small ones are going to get pretty popular because of this remote ID stuff.
They have already been popular for a few years and are still going strong! Just remember, before RID, it was a different “flavor” and after this all settles down, it’ll be something else. I’ve learned to live and live today because tomorrow is never guaranteed! 👍❤️💯😎⚓️
I've bought a corsair I love it. But I find the prop saver piece stops working really quickly after a few crashes.
I've bought a few extra and a pair of pliers also can bend them back in place enough to hold them. Lol
I miss the Aerobird. The scouts just don't look right. V tail was so simple too. This little one looks nice though, just too small imo.
It is the later P45 with a bubble canopy as it is not the earlier razor back
It's the P-47D, I think.
Nice! Is that a 5 mph an under wind rating?
Do you mean fly it only in 5mph winds or less? ⚓️
@@TheRcSaylors Yes. I was wondering if it can handle any wind, or if a little breeze would throw it off course?
Oh these fly in 15mph winds no problem! Don’t do that if you are a newer pilot though 😅👍💯⚓️
Which are the difference to the P51 and BF109?
Difrent looks that’s it

Which one is better eachine or volantex?? Cheers

Yea same company fr
I flew mine today! I think it's just too fast for an old man like me. Since it's so small I had to keep it pretty close and low in order to see it and not lose orientation, but flying it that close and low was just too much visually. I was only at about half throttle but it was just too fast for me!
I'd also like to know which you think is better, Volantex or eachines. They seem very similar to me but you have the experience with them. If they are the same, I guess it comes down to price. Any September codes for either?

Do not fly so far away or high that you lose sight of it. Not for even a second! I flew mine too high and I never saw it again.
Oh no!! Yeah it is good to try and keep it close enough that you don’t lose it! Do you think you’ll buy another and try again? 🤔❤️⚓️

I looked at it and it was $79.99 +shipping and it came out at $84.58. I used your coupon and the price went to $94.38 with $20 off so $74.38.............Banggood makes no sense!!! But thanks for the video and the coupon. I'm not getting it. I did get the volantex corsair you recommended with your coupon a while back.
by the way it is fun to fly and it just bounces off the ground when you crash it!!
The Top Rc P-47 is really ugly. They screwed up the outline really bad, the tail on it is way to big
I thought the same thing about the stunt button considering how much he claims to love these mini warbirds. I fly mine every other day. They are great.
I was wondering why Volantex version of these mini series just slightly want to climb up😅 as i let the sticks to fly them straight, even when using half throttle.. but i see the Eachine version of these minis are flying straight.. so, i wonder how... because the gearbox engine system are the same
mine wants to fall 😂
So i have realized that they actually have some metal in them to adjust their Centre of gravity. They are kind of glued in the centre of the foam. Due to how cheaply mass produced these things are, the workmanship is quite variable resulting in the same plane having different flight characteristics, you can either trim or balance CG with additional weight. I have a few of them and they often fly ever so slighty different. Its very obvious if you turn off stabilization.
Ohh.. but what is CG?
@@DJIdronesfans-DJI centre of gravity
Ouh thanks for that ngieng.. i'll try it
This or Eachines F4U?
This, I used to have Eachine warbirds (Spitfire) and their motors were kind of poo poo compared to Volantex, which are actually pretty good
Why is there no mode where there are full controls WITH gyro? Why does it have to be limited angle with gyro on or none at all? Should have kept it like e-flite. 😭
I wish the coupon could be use for the US warehouse. 😕
They're on sale right now
I wouldn’t consider it “breaking the world of RC”

Woot!! You got it!! 👍💯😎⚓️
Listen to your wife! You are preventing the aerobatic function from working by going click click click!!!
Click ONCE then elevator or aileron.
You clicked like it was a pinball machine with the P39. Once! Only once! Once only! Once!
Haha, I don’t know why I always seem to do that on these little warbirds! Too many video games growing up I guess 😬🤷♂️😂😅⚓️
I must be a nobody... I don't own an Eachine P-51... 🤪
Well, there’s one way to Become Somebody!! Haha, no worries my friend 👍😁😂❤️⚓️
I got both the p51 and the f-22 raptor and they broke before I even got to take them outside( I had been saving up for a total of 3 months to get both of these )
$140 CDN.
Even with our coupon code? ⚓️

ugh, wanted to order. but definitely not signing up for this banggood scam site
This is the internet even though I agree with you I wouldn't stress over it I'm sure they don't mind.
if you cant fly it out of safe you really are not flying even a beginner needs to get off safe as soon as possible to learn how to fly just saying
