Important parts of the build:
- Ice Dagger, because it's a nice melee arcana
- Upgraded Awe outfit for 24% crit chance and 40% bonus crit damage
- Analytical Monocle for 8% crit chance
- Dark Katana for tripled crit chance on melee attacks
- Fueled Berserk arcana for a massive attack speed steroid
- Combo Gloves for a longer and stronger combo
- Merchant's Cart and Sharpened Stylus for more damage - Ігри
Now what would be op is if u added that same set up with the vampire glasses. Although is already crazy strong
Gonna be honest.. When the video started and I saw your health, I was like "he's gonna die so fast." then you opened fire on him and my jaw dropped when his health started to drop that fast.. wow.. impressive.

I doubted my chances, too, but that build was pretty damn crazy. Had an even weirder basic arcana build (magnetic followup, bolt rail and silver top) a few hours ago and will try to put up a video of it in the next couple of hours.
Dang it, people, why does everyone keep posting videos of their builds without a description of what they've got? I mean, I get from the comments that you had an upgraded Awe, and Analytical Monocle, plus the Dark Katana. And you *briefly* show what you had. But putting the build description in your video description is honestly just standard procedure for any game!

That was just dirty and i loved every second of it. When this game first got showed the first thing i wanted to do was beat it melee. Hopefully i can pull it off close to yours

If you start with fueled berserk and a nice basic arcana, you should be good to go. (+ the Awe outfit and Dark Katana as starting relic, if you are going for a crit build)
if your doing a melee build you need the dice item as well. It basically makes it where your crits have a chance to crit and they end up doing like 200 damage.

This is the build ive been trying to replicate after doing it once and then fucking it up with spinning top, it was so fun, until I ate all the attacks I saw in the freaking world because of how slow I was

Anybody noticed there is no wind master/dungeon available even tho wind is as prominent of a type in the game as any other , I mean there is an oddly empty and asymmetrical space on left at the end scene

Lol the first run I used an extremely similar build (like crit build w daggers and fueled) I beat the game for the first time
The lack of cursed relics in the build seems rather unbecoming of you, Raccoon...

how do you make a upgraded awe robe?
With the guy the spawns next to the robes?
In the trials, you have a chance to get the tailor as a mystery room / red room NPC - if you pay him some money & hp, he'll increase your robe's effects by 50% for the rest of the run

How do you upgrade the awe outfit?
There's a Tailor NPC you can meet in the dungeon, which upgrades your outfit for the rest of the run, if you pay him 100 gold and 125 hp

How did you get 100% i don't understand
I used the upgraded Awe outfit(24%) and the Analytical Monocle relic (8%), Dark Katana then tripled my melee crit chance to 96% (b'-')b
(I'm also sure there's some base crit chance in the game, but I can't find any numbers)
All you needed after that was Spinning Top curse and GG, haha.
there is a relic too that give 100% critc chance
If you're talking about critical placebo, it actually only increase crit chance by 12%. It just makes it so that all your attacks seem like critical hits but they really aren't.
