If you use "Developer" language in the options and go to the description of the relic you will know that the answer is yes

I hope you enjoyed this video! :D Because it doesn't have any specific theme (unlike the other videos), I didn't really know how to approach making this, but I think I'm pretty satisfied with the result. Doesn't feel quite as good as the last one, but maybe that's just me. Let me know what you think tho!
All these new items and arcana have created TONS of new opportunities for cool combos and video ideas, but it'd also really like to kind of "revamp" some of my older videos, since there are new items that would massively improve some of my older video concepts (like the speed video for example).
One last thing: I kinda messed up the recording on this one, which is why the video isn't really 720p and more like ~540p, but I hope it didn't bother you too much :'D

I don't remember how, but there are ways to improve the machine gun, the speed video is also possible to improve, but i think both of those only with like one or two relics, which i would imagine would fit more into a short video with multiple fixes of older runs

With Fall, the NPC heist is easier than ever. With those new Curse Eater and token relics, dedicated curse builds are now possible. That little “jump everywhere” build you demonstrated in NPC heist now has a relic dedicated to it. Lightning crit builds have gone from “very powerful” to “extremely powerful.” Flame Cross basic, Fury robe, and either Regenerative Inkwell or Cushioned Flip-Flops make an exceptional signature build. So. Many. Possibilities. And I haven’t even gotten to the cursed starter relics!

I saw that room in my own playthroughs and immediately knew what you were gonna do with it.
Two things:
1. Cursed pendulum + evading zephyr = never getting hit again
2. You might know this already but there’s a dude in the back corner of 1-4 who will send you back to 1-1 with more difficult enemies if you ask him.
the best items you can get from the starting area nox are: everything 1hit and every dmg = 90
so good

I've tried a run that I haven' been successful with, but it's still pretty fun: only charge orbs (chaotic buster, furious tempest, raging inferno, ball lightning, aqua breaker). It makes for some really interesting explosions of elements.
another fun one is spears. Perforating Jet (basic), gust volley/wind flurry, mortal coil, fusion flame, bouncing surge, and of course Ice Spear.
Finally, my favorite (and most commonly successful): Air Spinner (B), Gust Burst, Frost Wing, or Ignition Rush (D), Tearing Whirlwind (Standard/Key), and Volt Pinball (Sig). Pair with Cardice Prime, Homing Flares, Blazing Lariat, or maybe something with some range and just spin through rooms like they don't exist. Pairs nicely with the curse Contingent 99 if you really want to watch bosses melt.
An idea for a build: *BIRDEMIC*
Use the suit "Fall" since it's kinda the only robe that fits the theme
Basic Arcana should be the basic slash since birds can't do shit
Dash arcana is the ice wings
Primary arcana should be Whirlwind
Signature should be of course *BLURRY FALCONRY*
Use the destructive abacus as your relic (for more birds, of course)
Then the secondary arcanas should be anything related to b i r d

Oh boy, this update has so many oportunities for a lot of crazy things, chaotic comedy and contingency rules alone are insanely fun, that item that increases everyone's running speed is also really awesome, and now there is the posibility of a true random run with the abhorrent deck, i think those run modifiers (as i like to call them) are my favorite part of the update

Suggestion, with the recovery clock and tears of Midas you can have infinite gold by just charging off the edge and recovering. Use supply box and you can buy everything by repeating this
