I Want to make this. Suggestion tho. To make the process easier . Cook the ground beef first on the pan. So it can cook well. Than stuff the pita bread. That way it will be cooked and the pita doesn’t burn. It be a better process that way 😊
That's not the typical way to make. The other batches I made didn't burn, and the inside was fully cooked. The steam cooking really helps and it still browns on the outside. Thanks for the suggestion though, maybe I'll try it that way.

There’s a spice powder mix called baharat is very very important to make the authentic recipe.
