In my experience these controllers are basic compared to the flagship controllers for real consoles,i.e. why do they cost more? It's absolutely nothing about these things that they should cost 100-150$ when they are inferior to a cheaper proper console controller and with less tech as well

Slight correction at 1:11, the Kishi V1 only uses micro switches for the 3 tiny buttons (home/prev/next). The D-pad, face and shoulder buttons aren't clicky at all, unlike the GameSir X2 Pro that uses micro switches for everything except the analog sticks and triggers.

For $150, a controller without analog triggers and sticks just isn’t worth it. A few months ago, I purchased the BSP D8, which has now become my primary controller for both PC and mobile gaming. I don’t mind the Bluetooth lag during mobile emulation, and for PC, I use it with a wired connection, where it works perfectly. The only aspect I’m not fond of is the rumble. However, considering it cost me only $15, it’s a much better deal compared to this one. plus, it comes with both hall-based triggers and joysticks. which makes it perfect

I wish someone would make an Android handheld with a 7-8-inch screen, full-sized controllers, a powerful enough chipset to run everything in the Appstore. That would be the definitive mobile-gaming experience. They don't even have to go all out. Something with a previous-gen snapdragon 8 gen chipset and 8gb of ram would work well while keeping cost down. The AYN Odin 2 is amazing example of this, but it uses a smaller screen. We're so close yet so far from a definitive mobile-gaming device. If we can stay around the $300 price point for a true definitive mobile-gaming device, that would be a great buy and have amazing battery life because of the ARM chipset.

Not going to bother. All of their controllers are uncomfortable and feel cheap. I've had better performance, better quality etc using $40 mobile controllers.

lmao china manufactuer will clone this in a sec. razer product is not that good either lol.
but yes, i admit that finally they create something that ez to fit stuff.
but then gamesir make galileo g8 lol, their x2s x3 series is good n better price. even hall effect n some extra button.

Way too expensive and way too cheaply built for that price. For $150 I expect a screen less telescopic DS5 pro controller with dual track pads and 6 back buttons and the newest gyro sensor and so on.
In other words, I am not buying a controller for more than $70 CAD let alone $150 USD.

The worst thing about these types of controllers is that if you have a case on your phone, you have to remove it.

More and more of them are coming with rubber inserts now so you can take them out or put in different ones to make a better fit. I have this one, a 2nd Gen Backbone and also a GameSir X2s and I was able to make things work with a case on with my Pixel 6 Pro.

@DustoMan Nice! Sometimes the connection can't be made because the port is deeper do to the case. Good to know that some cases are starting to work. Thanks for the info.

@@Anthony-vy4ss Np. I hear ya about the port problem. The first mobile controller I got was a Gamesir X2 Pro Xbox edition and that port doesn't reach deep enough. (I know I have too many of these things!)
