Western Dragon is better overall specially in PvP all of its moveset are range moves with long range. While the eastern dragon can't maximize its DMG in PvP because only 1 of its move is range and the rest is close range the DMG of eastern C is a lot stronger than eastern only when all of it hits and ur near to the ground it doesn't do much in the water and sky compare to the western where his C move is a long range projectile aoe skill that's highly beneficial in chaotic players in PvP ( runners, hit and run players, aircamp, sea camp, and specially players that don't stay in the same area like very agile) since all of western dragon skills are range moves it's highly better in PvP than eastern but in effects eastern is better (except flight)
