1949 vintage myself.
I'm 69 and I had a 69 Camaro. I would love to drive a Camaro again.
My very first car I bought when I was 14 ,it was a 61 impala. Never got to drive it, folks thought I was to young. My 2nd car I was 18 ,it was a72 impala. Loved that car

Thanks for sharing
They are all beautiful, good memories, thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you so much!
@@samspace81 I'm not sure they can be called memories. Memories, it seems to me, are things that are gone. There are a lot of these cars still being cared for out there. Sorta like Rock and Roll, it's never gone away. And, though their numbers have declined, they are not memories they are top shelf realities. They want to make me get up and dance. Damn, they are beautiful!
My first car was a 1960 Chevy Bel Air, 4 door sedan with a 283 2bbl engine, 2 speed cast iron (slip and slide with a) powerglide trans.
Oh, I wish I had it now to restore it.
Get you a ready car Mike, thanks for sharing
Boy does this take me back. Like me and my dad loving on Chevys. I miss you dad.
Appreciate you leaving that sentiment and your viewership
Man everytime I see something like this, do I miss my 59, 60, 61 and 64 Impalas. Especially my white-on-white 61 bubble top SS and my metallic blue on Blue 64 SS. These are some nice rides yo.

@@samspace81 I'm taking a 65 Impala and some of my friends are getting what ever car they want.
There's a 69 GTX in bad shape my friend seems he can do something with the car.
A 39 Chevy coup my brother is going to restore. It has a straight axle and a 389 Pontiac motor in it. My uncle's used to race it.
A 65 galaxy with a 390 I may take that one. They're all free. Grandma sais it's okay.
I just restored a 67 mustang. So I have time to get to a couple of these cars.

The '60's Impalas are the best followed by the late '50's!! All Chevys are great from the late '30's through to the sixties! Awesome video!!
Thanks George, appreciate you watching
If there was a '65 in there I didn't see it. The '65 was one of my favorites.
Hmm maybe I missed one
My father had a 59 El camino metallic green back in the middle 60s, loved the fins and tail lights it was a beautiful car. When I was 18 I bought a 65 El Camino in 82 , man I wish I had it now . No rust, in mint shape. Most cars were in the state of Washington.

@@samspace81 not sure, (45 yrs ago? I just don't remember, sorry.) But it sure would be fun to work on something like that again.
In all likelihood, it will be next year before we can stroll about at one of these car shows and take in all the sounds, aromas, and views. Thank you for providing a little something to hold me over. Great job, sir. AND I agree. The big Chevys will always be in style.
I agree Steven. I have a big event I'm filming at soon, I suspect it will be the last for awhile, will give it everything I have to keep the videos coming for months ahead. Really appreciate you following the Samspace81 channel.

That was pretty damn good
Just something I whipped up in the UA-cam kitchen man ha appreciate you
All American cars build from the 50's until the late 70's (and for some models until the 80's and for one exception the 1990 box Chevy) are iconic.
In my opinion for the greatest part the most beautifull cars were build during those decades.
I'm just in love with all the wing designs and later on the more "square" designs with all the chrome
After that it was all plastic, and the last 25 years to 30 years they all look the same without any chararcter.
Me as a European unfortunally naver had the means and money to by a real American car from the late 50's and 60 or 70's
And now it's way to late, because also the Americans also themselves know what kind of gems there were build during those era's.
So in money terms they are far beyond my reach.
If i would have lived in the States i would have purchased a 59' Impala from the scrapyard and kept in a garage.
And the only thing i would do is open the garage on a regulair basis, and just looking at it.
Love them too. Built a life around the old rides
@@samspace81 That's a great life.
I wished i had the same oppertunity.
All cars are also cool.

Great car show! Just noticed most of the cars don't have back-up lights. Cool!👍😎🇺🇸🌅🔥
Right on, an option in those days ;)

@@samspace81 vocês merecem
I like the original '58, but I think the twin triple bullet taillights were the Impala's distinguishing feature. They abandoned that in '59 so that an Impala superficially was no different from the lower trim models, and I think '65 was the last year for it. The Impala kind of lost its cachet after that.
Great insights Carl
Nuthin better than these beauties!
Appreciate you watching Ron 🇺🇸
Nice 🇺🇸✊
Thanks Kurt
Wish chevy would go back to these body styles.......not like cars today....back then, they had more clsss about them and way more style.....

What is a 1964 impala going for in your area?
Not sure sorry. Big spread
Ahhhhh a 59 🤤

Nice cars. The Bel Air is not two tone? I thought there was a law that all of them had to be 2 tone.
You are correct
Sonhos não envelhecem!
The B pillar spoils the look. If it has a post you're looking at a Biscayne, the step-down model with less frills and power options. Hardtops rule.
Good stuff Joey. Appreciate it

Correct me if wrong but 1959 Impala does not have door pillars.
The '59 models of Impala were a 2 door convertible, 2 and 4 door hardtop (no post) and 4 door sedan. The Belair and Biscayne models offered a 2 and 4 door sedan (post).
Martin knew his stuff. Thank you both for the insightful comments & I really appreciate you subscribing to Samspace81. I'm here to bring you classic car & truck content. I read all my comments and try to do better with each video. - SAM
@@samspace81 Hey Sam didn't mean to step on your toes! I own a '59 Belair 4 door sedan. I also have a salesman's book that they used when ordering new '59 Chevy's. I've looked at that book many times. So i know all the car models Chevrolet offered that year. If someone were to ask me about another car I wouldn't know! Lol.
